About this villa rental
The villa is located in the tourist village "Le farfalle", surrounded by greenery among maritime pines, eucalyptus, myrtle and strawberry trees. At 150 meters. there is the beautiful beach "Lastra Ruja" also known as "The valley of the water", which has no parking and public access and therefore has a very low turnout even in high season.
The villa is the head of 5 units, therefore none in front, and has a large private garden with an outdoor shower and a trampoline for the children. The 200sqm of the property are spread over two floors: on the ground floor a spacious double bedroom with bathroom and a twin, also with private bathroom, both with large closets. Also on the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and various amenities for the sea: sun beds, chairs, umbrella, fins, masks, etc. Upstairs are the air-conditioned master bedroom, with a private bathroom with a bathtub, and another smaller double bedroom, which is also air conditioned. A modern solar thermal accumulator guarantees the daily production of 200 liters of hot water; in the garden there are two 2000 liter tanks each to ensure good water pressure.
The very large lounge is furnished with teak sofas and table, 38 "LED TV with SKY (sports-family package), with an additional bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very functional with a new fridge, dishwasher and oven, a traditional and induction hob and a wide range of pots and accessories. The terrace overlooks the protected marine area of Tavolara, the sea is not in full view but can be seen under the maritime pines; there is an extendable teak table that can accommodate 10 people and an outdoor fireplace, perfect for barbecues.
A two-minute drive, 10 on foot, is the village Club House, reserved for condominiums, with a bar, swimming pool and tennis courts. The villa is served by the village maintainers, who intervene quickly for any need.
At 5 minutes by car, 15 on foot, 10 by canoe, there is the famous Punta Est beach, renowned throughout Sardinia. Easily reachable in 5 minutes by car there is Cala Brandinchi, the "Little Thaiti" of the Sardinian east coast. Capo Coda Cavallo is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Costa Smeralda to the north (about 35km) and the Orosei marine park area to the south, with the famous Bue Marino caves and the beaches of Cala Luna and Cala Gonone (approx. 60km). The excursions in the hinterland are breathtaking, for example the one to Monte Nieddu (about 15 km).

There's also a laundry with a washing machine and many beach amenities such as sunbeds, chairs, masks, beach umbrella, flippers, masks, etc. Upstairs there's an air-conditioned master room with private bathroom and another air-conditioned double room. 200 liters of hot water are provided by a modern solar thermal panel, in the garden two 2000 liters tanks guarantee a constant water pressure.

Thera are two cooktops, one traditional gas, one induction with a large selection of pots and accessories. The terrace faces the marine protected-area of Tavolara, the sea is not in full sight but can be seen through the trees; there's an extandable Teak table that can sit up to 10 people and a fireplace for BBQs. In 2 minutes drive, 10 by walk, there's a Club House with swimming pool and tennis courts. The villa is serviced by maintenance men that will take care of any necessity in a short time.
In 5 minutes drive, 5 walking, 10 in Kayak, there's the well known beach "Punta Est"; in 5 minutes by car there's "Cala Brandinchi", known as the "Little Thaiti" of the east coast. Capo Coda Cavallo is also a perfect starting point to visit both Costa Smeralda (about 35km drive) in the north and the marine park of Orosei with the famous "Bue Marino" caves and the beaches "Cala Gonone" and "Cala Luna" (65km drive approx.). The inland excursions are very recommended, in example the "Monte Nieddu" (about 15 km drive).

Wir, 7 Leute, hatten zwei tolle Urlaubswochen im San Teodoro Haus. Durch die Absprachen direkt mit dem Besitzer (nicht mit der Agentur), hat alles super geklappt und wir wurden vor Ort von Angelo begruesst und herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, hat alles was man braucht, ist gemuetlich und ruhig, mit genuegend Platz zur Entspannung fuer zwei Familien, der Strand ist wie beschrieben nah und privat und man kann vor Ort
ausgezeichnet schnorcheln. Ein kleiner Markt und Restaurants sind zu Fuss zu erreichen, sonst braucht man ein Auto um die Insel zu erkunden.

The location was perfect for us, so close to the beach that we could swim throughout the day and enjoy the facilities of the villa. The villa was very well equipped and had a nice homely feel. The resort villas are discreetly laid out on the hillside leading to the beach with pine and eucalyptus trees offering shade. The beach was very special, amazing views, spectacular sunsets and great snorkelling.
The host left a very delicious bottle of wine chilling in the fridge for us when we arrived and had been, throughout the booking process, very helpful and quick to respond to emails. We would definitely go back again.

La casa di Martino consente di godere il mare e la natura nella loro pienezza: circondata da una bellissima pineta, dà accesso a un percorso pedonale che porta direttamente a una spiaggia: quest'ultima si affaccia direttamente sull'isola Tavolara. Il mare è di un azzurro fantastico. Il silenzio è assoluto sia di notte sia di giorno. Questo luogo permette a ognuno di essere libero: si può andare in spiaggia, o godersi l'ombra dei pini marittimi sull'amaca. La casa è molto carina e completamente attrezzata e ha un ampio terrazzo con un grande tavolo. E' perfetta per le famiglie ma anche per tutti quelli che vogliono recuperare un rapporto privilegiato con la natura.
