About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

Wir haben auf jeden Fall die richtige Wahl getroffen und das bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!
Vorab haben wir von Flávio, dem super netten Vermieter, eine Broschüre mit sehr vielen Tipps über die Region erhalten. Die Vorfreude war groß und wir sind schon mit einem guten Gefühl in den Urlaub gefahren.
Die Anlage ist außerordentlich gepflegt und sehr sauber! Unser Appartement Nr. 6 war ein Traum!
Die Aussicht auf das Meer, die gemütliche Einrichtung und natürlich die sehr gute Betreuung von Flávio und seinem Mitarbeiter Marco, der uns am Morgen immer mit einem netten Lächeln begrüßte.
Wir sind sehr wehmütig von dort weggefahren!
Herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles.

wieder alles perfekt!
Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Unser Lieblingsbungalow Nr. 6 mit herrlicher Aussicht und vielen Lichteffekten begeistert uns immer wieder. Wir fahren auch gerne auf den hinteren Parkplatz. Die gesamte Anlage hat einen sehr schönen Flair und ist tatsächlich unser 2. zu Hause. Danke Lorella+Flavio ♥️

Wir waren für eine Woche auf Sardinien und haben eines der Appartements (bzw es war eher schon ein Haus) als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Norden und Osten der Insel gemietet. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Die Anlage ist familiengeführt, recht neu, besteht aus nur elf Appartements und ist unglaublich schön - kein Vergleich zu den Hotels, die man sonst so sieht. Sehr famiiär, herzlich und serviceorientiert.
Wir haben das Ferienhäuschen Nummer 6 gebucht, für 5 Nächte. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber und geschmackvoll. Perfekt für ein Paar - großes Bett, schönes Bad mit riesiger Dusche, zwei Sessel, Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht und grandiosem Ausblick auf die Bucht, Esstisch, Stühle. Von der privaten, großen Terrasse aus sieht man die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen, drumrum viel Grün und somit auch Privatsphäre. Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse sind inklusive, alles andere wie Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Internet, Klimaanlage kann man sich auf Wunsch gegen einen Aufpreis dazubuchen. Wirkt auf den ersten Blick komisch, macht aber Sinn, da der "Basis-Preis" so relativ niedrig gehalten wird, und man wirklich nur für Dinge bezahlt, die man auch braucht.
Flavio, der Besitzer, hat uns im Vorfeld in dutzenden charmanten Mails mit allen möglichen Infos versorgt und uns einen dicken Umschlag mit einem eigens von ihm zusammen gestellten Katalog geschickt - die besten Restaurants, die tollsten Ausflüge, die Must-Sees, wichtige Infos rund um Sardinien, San Paolo, das Appartement, diverse Geheimtipps, die man so nur von Einheimischen bekommen kann (die versteckten Buchten und "geheimen" Strände, sag ich nur! Da war außer uns kein Mensch, hätten wir alleine nie gefunden). Flavio kennt die halbe Insel, entweder bucht er Ausflüge und Restaurants direkt für seine Gäste (er schaut immer mal wieder vorbei, ob alles ok ist, man Fragen hat, oder Wünsche) oder man bucht selbst und bestellt viele Grüße von ihm - schwupps gibt's ne Flasche Wein aufs Haus, oder das Dessert, oder 15% Rabatt, oder...
Der Service ist einfach überragend und definitiv ein Grund, hier zu buchen. So ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket inklusive Insidertipps bekommt man sonst nirgends!

Wir verbrachten ein wunderschönen Urlaub auf Sardinien, in einer traumhaft schönen Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 6, welche wir bewohnten, war top gereinigt, nicht ein Staubkörnchen irgendwo. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Vom Ausblick bekamen wir gar nicht genug, bis zum letzten Tag haben wir hier alles genossen.
Die Tipps des Vermieters Flavio sollte man unbedingt beherzigen, ob Ausflüge oder Restaurant Tipps, alles top. Ihm ist es sehr wichtig, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
Vielen Dank für einen unbeschreiblich schönen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder!
