About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.

We spent 2 weeks in late July in L'ea di Lavru, Appartment no. 6.
It is a perfect place to be to enjoy sardinian summer holidays and a great starting point to all the lovely beaches around Porto San Paolo. We preferred the beach at Porto Taverna because it was best for us to learn Surfing. #yeah
Thanks to the wonderful Guideline "Tipps from Flavio" we had a very useful summary of recommendations and ideas from Flavio where to go: all the wonderful Beaches, Restaurants and Travel & Entertainment Destinations were described with attention to detail. #LoveGinsengCoffee
But the best is the Appartment itself. Thank you, Flavio, for creating such a wonderful place, such a source of Inspiration. L'ea di Lavru - and especially the Appartment No. 6, where we stayed - is great art. It is a very successfull and well-balanced composition out of light and colours, granite in different levels of smooth, terracotta with color-spots, clear lines and an invincible view over Porto San Paolo and Isola Tavolara from your private terrace.
The Appartment and the total complex was perfectly clean.
At this place you can find relaxation at the beaches for your body and in the Appartment for your mind.
Perfect. We definitly want to come back.

We revisited Sardinia after 13 years and understood once more how this paradisiac place has a corner in the heart of so many people.
L’Ea di Lavru is situated near the center of Porto San Paolo, a few minutes drive from Olbia. As we arrived at L'Ea di Lavru in the evening, the owner of the accommodations, Flavio, warmly received us. He guided us to our little individual villa (N° 6). We were immediately impressed by the creative sensitivity to interior design and furnishing detail as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. The little kitchenette was perfectly equipped and there is an air-conditioning as well as a safe. We added an umbrella and a grill to our rental agreements, which were in perfect condition – like everything else. The first week of our stay, we enjoyed long breakfasts on the terrace with a spectacular view on the ocean and Tavolara Island. We felt this was a sublime relaxation after work loaded and busy months. Then we got curious and active enough again to explore and enjoy the rich and diverse attractions the island has to offer. Each time we returned from long trips, we were enchanted by the lovingly tended garden surrounding the villas of L’Ea di Lavru. Finding your way to your home, walking among beautifully made low stonewalls, fragrant rosemary bushes, small trees and flowers is a sheer pleasure for the senses.
Although it was high season, Flavio took great care of us and made us feel like welcomed guests. He has assembled a truly competent and motivated team to work with him for the happiness of his guests with their stay. His enthusiasm and initiative to preserve and improve the accommodations is inspiring. We highly recommend a stay at L’Ea di Lavru and would definitely return on our next visit to Sardinia.

We were very warm welcomed by the owner, who gave us special tips and advices, that made our holidays extraordinary. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, of top quality, the price was very fair.

Excellent apartment design, in a quiet location with a lovely balcony areas for eating looking out to sea. I would recommend the studio apartment for any couples or (couple with young family) looks for good quality, clean accommodation. Parking is also available within the apartment complex.
Good advice provided by the Owner on arrival on places to visit and places to eat and drink!
The owner has definitely gone for a good quality finish, offering all the equipment and utilities required.
