About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.

First of all I have to say that we are returning clients. It was our second year we spent our vacation in these apartments and hope we’ll keep on. What is so unique? The whole approach – starting from the marvelous position with tremendous views, beaches around, facilities, restaurants, etc., followed by unique architecture and design of the whole complex. The owner is fascinated by architecture and design and you could feel it in every element, being that a piece of furniture or a lamp or organization of a garden or whole planning, everything has a touch and a feeling being in its place. The whole complex consists of 11 apartments (villas), each possessing own features. This year we stayed in both “basic” type of apartments and “superior” ones. To be honest “basic” is already ok and very nice, however levelling up brings some extras like better view, larger rooms, etc. But to feel home during the vacation you need something more than a nice design and situation – you need some attention from the hosts and in this part here everything is on top level. You start with getting a special “hand-made” guide composed by the owner of the apartments with all the how-to advises one needs: beaches, restaurants, excursions, shops, etc. But it’s not all – you get a personal attention of Flavio (the owner) who helps you in building your vacation in the way you want – he makes reservation for you, gives advises and in general he’s a very nice person to meet and have a conversation about various things. In general the whole impression of staying in these apartments is like being home – everything is comfortable, nice clean and cozy. Definitely it’s one of the best places to stay on Sardinia and by all means worth to be recommended to your friends.

Have just spent two splendid weeks at L'Ea di Lavru, appartments are all unique and well designed. Appartment clean, comfortable & well equipped, you do need to take or purchase basic cleaning items. Several of the appartments have fabulous views, our appartment (11) had the bonus of lovely sunny court yard surronded by beautifully kept gardens thanks to Mr Marco, also we had no passing footfall so very peaceful. Flavio the owner was a delight to meet and provides all residents with a fantastic guide (The yellow pages) full of detailed information of the surronding area. Recomendations of trips available,beaches,restaurants and much more a true added bonus. You will not be disappointed with a vacation at the stunning L'Ea di Lavru.

A magical and so charming place !
Flavio the boss and Marco the Handyman were always present to insure us a pleasant stay.
Flavio gave us excellent advices regarding restaurants, beaches and others excursions.

"L''Ea Di Lavru is a peaceful Residence ideally located uphill Porto San Paolo offering all the comfort with its well decorated apartments tinted with the owner''s personal touch and taste for design and offering an easy access to many facilities in the surroundings.
A very pleasant stay in L''Ea Di Lavru:a warm,friendly welcoming added to the owner''s care to give us all the best to enjoy the beautiful landscape and places around Porto San Paolo(all the gorgeous sandy beaches , the many walks to do,the restaurants to test...).We were given all the tips(through a detailed guide the owner minutely wrote)so that we could make the most of our holiday.
We are looking forward to come back soon to L''Ea Di Lavru for its authenticity and its own charm!"
