Appartamento carinissimo situato in un condominio bello e ipercurato. Tutto veramente al top. Proprietari precisi e puntualissimi a rispondere. Appartamento vicino alle piu' belle spiagge della sardegna, raggiungibili in auto in meno di 10 minuti. Bellissime anche le spiagge accanto alla casa.

the flat was spacious and the double bed was good large size. The Kitchen was well equipped. We used the washing machine, microwave, kettle and the oven with no problem. The flat was tastefully decorated with seashells and I guess local pictures. The balcony was nice for us to spend the evenings in when our little baby went to sleep.

There are two major issues with this apartment; one is about lack of AC and proximity to major sources of noise, and the other is the extreme greediness of the owner. When it is hot during the day (anything above 30 degrees), there is problem with sleeping in the property at night. Leave the window open for cool air, and there is a lot of noise, and closing the windows makes the apartment, with short ceilings and below the roof, very hot. There is a huge bar within 50 metres of the building which plays very load music until very late at night, and a large parking lot within 20 metres of the building, with large trucks moving around, very early in the morning, about 5 or 6 am. There is also a market in the parking lot once a week, which is very noisy to set it up early in the morning. We could only sleep 3 to 4 hours a night. The greed of the owner is really disgusting: not a single toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival, and no hand washing soap. The shops have a limited opening time, and closed most of the afternoon; what can be done. The owner requested 30 Euros extra payment to provide bed sheets and towels a few days before our arrival. Does he expect us to carry bed linen for a 10-day holiday! After our departure, the owner is requesting 100 Euros because the oven requires cleaning! It did not say anywhere in the contact that we need to clean the oven before our departure. We have stayed in numerous short term apartments across many countries over many years. We would rate this place 5 out of 10, and will not recommend it to anyone staying with a family. The 5 points, instead of 0, is because it might work with the life style of some people.
