Le Case di Mara - Appartamenti Tipici "Stazzo Giovannareddu"

Die Lage ist herrlich - in der Freiheit der Berge. Man tritt aus dem Zimmer und hat die Sterne über sich. Es ist ein Gelände ohne Zäune. Man fühlt sich frei- genau das Richtige für unsere Flitterwochen. Das Häuschen ist sehr charmant und schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gianmarco ist ein wunderbarer herzlicher und charmanter Gastgeber. Er sorgte bei Ankunft dafür, dass es uns an Nichts fehlt. Eines morgens hat er uns mit einer Flasche Sekt überrascht- für unsere Flitterzeit. Danke Gianmarco - wir kommen richtig gerne wieder.

The original, natural style and rustic, country atmosphere of the place—along with the peace and quiet, far from crowds, noisy neighborhood were exactly what I needed to take a break from people and decide when to venture back into city or tourist attractions.

The house with three apartments is fantastic, comfortable and spacious though you can hear everything from the neighbors. It’s fine if they are diacreet, but it becomes a disturbance when someone arrives late at night... especially at evenings the doors between the apartments let you hear even the details of conversations. I was alone, so I had privacy, but the other tenants didn't really.

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente, con un ottimo panorama e immersa nella natura. La casa è fornita di macchinetta del caffè e necessario per poter cucinare. La cosa molto comoda è la possibilità di poter parcheggiare gratuitamente nella spiaggia di Porto Taverna. Gianmarco è stato da subito molto disponibile e gentile, ci siamo accordati con lui e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie e di effettuare il check in prima dell’orario previsto.

La strada sterrata per raggiungere l’appartamento è lunga circa 1 km e in qualche punto è un po’dissestata. Siamo comunque riusciti a percorrerla tranquillamente con una macchina “bassa”. La tassa di soggiorno era più alta rispetto a quella prevista su Booking.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto,l'appartamento era immerso nelle colline appena sopra Porto S.Paolo,e quello che colpisce subito è la pace e la tranquillità oltre alla vista meravigliosa,che si può ammirare da una terrazza, sul porto di Olbia da una parte e sulla tavolara dall'altra. L'arredamento è essenziale ma funzionale, c'era tutto quello che poteva servire.Una menzione particolare per Gianmarco che ci ha accompagnati appena arrivati e sempre disponibile .Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua prontamente risolto .Un saluto anche per Albertina, un cinghiale mansueto che arrivava la sera per un saluto e, magari, un po' di avanzi. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio.
