La casa è stata consegnata pulita e corredata di biancheria. Il mare è in effetti raggiungibile a piedi (la bella spiaggia di Porto San Paolo). Locali climatizzato (non se serviva comunque con le temperature di fine estate, ma nei mesi centrali è esposto sempre al sole). Il proprietario, pur non della zona, fornisce informazioni (nel mio caso non ne avevo bisogno perché vengo spesso in zona Olbia, ma comunque può essere utile).
Disposizione stanze senza logica, cucina al piano superiore, quando dovrebbe eventualmente essere a quello inferiore dove ci sarebbe anche un tavolo esterno. Al contrario le stanze da letto avrebbero dovuto essere ubicate sopra (probabilmente il tutto è frutto di una divisione da immobile unico a uno o più appartamenti). Manca la lavastoviglie, sedie estremamente scomode, tutte piccolezze che potrebbero essere risolte con un impegno economico modesto.
