The location is great. In a quiet residential area near the most beautiful beach. You do need a car to get around. There are no restaurants, bars and shops really close to the house. The communication with Marco was great. If we needed something (like extra sheets) it was taken care of right away. A lot of extra things are available in the house like some toys for small kids, beach umbrellas, beach chairs etc. That was a nice surprise. Great value for money!
The house is not very modern or new but that is also not what we expected. Some basic things were missing like hand soap and some sponges etc to clean. But that was no problem for us!

Buona posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali spiaggia della zona, supermercato a 5 minuti, parcheggio disponibile e gratuito. Stanze ampie, doppio frigo, spazio esterni, zona tranquilla, letti abbastanza comodi. Il nostro referente Marco ci ha fornito prima di arrivare informazioni molto dettagliate su tutto.
Pulizia superficiale, arredamento per nulla curato, bagno datato e senza sapone. Climatizzatore molto sporco, televisione nel soggiorno senza antenna e telecomando per fortuna ce ne sono due. Scuretti non oscuranti e tende trasparenti quindi molta luce all' alba. Raccolta rifiuti porta a porta quindi molto rumore ogni mattina prestissimo. Mancanza delle dotazione di sicurezza obbligatorie per legge per gli affitti brevi (es. rilevatori di gas e di monossido di carbonio, estintore)

Maison idéalement située à 5 min des plages en voiture. Le confort de la literie, la cuisine complète avec grand frigo, et surtout la climatisation ! J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire.
