The location is excellent and the house itself is practical and comfortable for the number of people. The man in the reception was very kind and gave us great recommendations for the area. Nice touches like that the house has parasol and sun lounger, and the welcome wine were also appreciated.

There were several details that took away from the stay. We were left with very little toilet paper (1.5 rolls for 4 nights and 3 people), and there was no shampoo or shower gel (just a small hand soap bottle that was almost empty); neither sponge for dishes. The power went out 3 times until we figured out it was the dishwasher, which had a short circuit (we saw in other reviews that this issue with the power happened to other guests too). The mattresses aren’t very comfortable either. On top of that, the house rules include several €50 penalties (for a late check-out, for not leaving the kitchen clean, for damage to the bed linen) which, combined with the missing basic supplies, gives the feeling that a lot is being asked in exchange for not quite enough.

Casa bella e con spazi ampi.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto piacevole in questa piccola villetta con giardino. La posizione è super strategica: parcheggio gratuito davanti casa, supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi, centro e spiagge raggiungibili in 15-20 minuti in macchina. *Punti di forza:* - Spazio esterno ampio con tavolo per mangiare all’aperto e giardino ben tenuto - Doccia esterna comodissima per tornare dalla spiaggia - Aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie: per una famiglia sono fondamentali - Camere matrimoniali e cameretta per i bambini abbastanza comode - Personale dell’agenzia super efficiente e disponibile: ci hanno consegnato la casa alle 10 anziché alle 15 all’arrivo

Cosa migliorare: - La prima sera siamo rimasti 2 ore senza acqua per mancanza nelle cisterne del residence - Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con la corrente che saltava anche senza sovraccarico. Tornando dalla spiaggia abbiamo trovato il frigo spento più volte - Il divano letto in cucina non è molto comodo - In cucina mancavano spugna e prodotti per pulire il piano cottura, nonostante ci fosse richiesto di lasciare tutto pulito - Sarebbe utile un filo per stendere oltre al piccolo stendino Nel complesso la consigliamo per la comodità e la posizione. Con qualche piccolo intervento su acqua e impianto elettrico diventerebbe perfetta

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr mangelhaft. Es hat keine Weingläser, keine Kaffeetassen. Die Mocca reicht gerade für 2 Espressi. Keine Putzlappen, keine Putzmittel, keinen Staubsauger. Schade, mit ein wenig mehr Komfort könnte man den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen.
