    The accommodation was very modest — noisy fridge, weak Wi-Fi only on the terrace, and a tiny shower. During 10 days, we didn’t get any clean towels or bed linen and were told to wash them ourselves. The apartment was clean and had enough kitchenware, but the overall experience was disappointing. We had already paid *** in full through Agoda, where no extra fees were mentioned. Upon arrival, they refused to let us in until we paid an additional €520 (€90 cleaning, €30 city tax, €200 utilities, and a €200 deposit). We were basically forced to pay, as there was no refund option. After two hours of talking to the receptionist and manager, they said it was “Agoda’s problem” and offered no help — just demanded payment. They later returned the €200 deposit, but the rest was never resolved. This was our first wedding anniversary trip, and they completely ruined the first days of our vacation. Not recommended.
