We offer you a three-room apartment, essential and original, on the first floor of a beach house enriched by an art collection of creative handcrafted objects. Located in the seaside resort town of San Teodoro, it is easily connected to the famous La Cinta beach by taking the short asphalted road directly. Craft Apart is a welcoming refuge in the heart of the town, an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Sardinia.
The three rooms of the Craft Apart essential and complete, are all individually furnished, using natural materials reworked to create absolutely unique and original pieces. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and terraces, while the large living room, with a double sofa bed and TV, also includes a kitchenette with gas stove and full equipment, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, terrace overlooking the residential area of San Teodoro. The apartment has a single private bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer; iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The convenient location of the apartment in a residential area in the center of the town, just 700 m from the sea and close to the police headquarters, as well as enjoying a spacious condominium parking for your car (a key box is also available ), allows you to walk to restaurants, boutiques, bars, banks, pharmacies, discos, etc ...

Friendly but unobtrusive host. Very comfortable accommodation, in a fairly minimalistic, modern style, but reasonably equipped. Conveniently placed at walking distance of beach and amenities, but in a residential area. Airy and bright apartment, cool thanks to breeze flowing through and/or air conditioning. Large terrace, excellent for eating breakfast/lunch/dinner. The road at the back has a bit of traffic, but with a closed terrace door it was not a problem.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s great size for a family of four and it even has a sofa bed in the sitting area for an extra two people.
Location is good even though the main bedroom faces the main road of the village but it’s reasonably quiet .
The host Alessandro was very welcoming and we were allowed to check out later to suit our flight
