Die Betten waren leider nicht ganz so gut.

Asunto oli tosi siisti. Reception työntekijä Melissa on aivan huippu, avulias ja reipas. Pidin siitä että siellä oli hyvin varusteltu keittiö, kapsuli-kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi-pakastin. Suihku oli erinomainen ja vessa toimii myös hyvin ja oli pesukone kylpyhuoneessa myös. Kaikki toimii. Tykkäsin siitä että paikka oli hiljainen, ja aamupalalla linnut lauloivat puutarhassa. Vuokrasin pyörän niin fantastiseen La Cinta beachiin oli helppo päästä.

Gut gelegen, nah ins Zentrum und zu den Supermärkten. Man hat ein eigenes Apartment mit Terrasse und Kochmöglichkeit. Es war sauber. Personal freundlich.

Die Apartments sind ziemlich zweckmässig ausgestattet. Insbesondere störte ich mich an der spärlichen Ausstattung der Küche. Jegliche Gewürze oder Öle müssen selbst gekauft werden, diesbezüglich ist nichts vorhanden. Mit nur wenig Aufwand könnte die Unterkunft deutlich komfortabler sein.

The one bright spot was location and mainly the receptionist, who was extremely kind, genuinely nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, her excellent attitude could not make up for the problems with the accommodation itself.

Unfortunately, our four-day stay was extremely disappointing. What is advertised as an apartment with a kitchen and washing machine turned out to be a very basic place with numerous extra charges, strict rules and poor maintenance. Almost everything comes with a catch. Bed linen and towels are not included and cost €24 for two people. This was apparently mentioned somewhere under “View more” on Booking.com, but was not clearly stated in the rules or additional costs. We also had to carry the linen and towels ourselves from reception to the apartment — it genuinely felt like being in a camp or prison rather than on holiday. There is also a €100 deposit, with a long list of conditions under which it may be charged - We have not yet been refunded this deposit, even though a few weeks have passed since then and returned the apartment clean. The AC costs extra and is only in the living room, while the bedroom gets very hot. Wi-Fi does not reach the bedroom either. We specifically chose the apartment because of the kitchen and washing machine. The kitchen is barely equipped for four people: only one drinking glass, no salt, etc. Two coffee capsules are provided, while additional ones have to be bought from the accommodation. The washing machine was also unpleasant — dirty around the inner seal and with a musty smell. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided for four days; if you need more, you buy it yourself. There are also basic maintenance problems: wobbly chairs, doors and a very thin partition between the bathroom and bedroom, meaning every toilet flush can be heard loudly. Overall, it feels like you pay for a holiday accommodation but end up doing most of the work yourself and paying extra for basic necessities.
