Melissa from the reception txted me the location and live video how to get to the property and was super nice as soon as I landed so I had no questions how to get in, Melissa was super responsive and very friendly with excellent English

Great location in the middle of San Teodoro. Spacious, sufficiently modern with a renovated bathroom. Great value for price.
There is a front garden which allows for enjoyment in the summer and an easy parking on-site.
Check-in process is really stressful, a lot of rules to listen to which are honestly too much to digest when you arrive at first, most of it not really needed for adults with some common sense to be honest.
The house was clean ok-ish, but could be better. Particularly tools like the broom should be cleaned/replaced as they are quite old.
TV is really old fashioned and by now a smart, basic tv is expected to enjoy streaming services with personal accounts, but it wasn't an option.
Particularly, rules about rubbish are really extreme and frankly, unjustified. The owners could take care of disposing of the last-day of rubbish for their guests when cleaning is done, rather than asking to go to the tip!

Pro: posizione comoda (spiaggia più vicina La cinta a 900m, centro paese 5/10 minuti a piedi) e parcheggio davanti casa.
Contro: condizioni della casa. Sporca, sanitari vecchi, acqua della doccia che usciva piano e condizioni generali della doccia pessime, nessuna mensola in bagno per appoggiare oggetti, poche stoviglie: vecchie e sporche.
Vengono richiesti 100€ di cauzione e 50€ in più se portate un animale domestico. Entrambe le cose non sono esplicitate in fase di prenotazione!
