About this house rental
The single-storey villa (70sqm), perfectly furnished and equipped, part of a village consisting of terraced buildings, is located directly on the sea without road crossings and is also inserted in a splendid park.
The cottage (for 4-6 people) consists of two bedrooms, a large living room (35sqm) with kitchenette and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside a large veranda, with a glimpse of the sea, fully furnished and surrounded by the garden. Inside the village, for guests, there are two tennis courts (for a fee), a small bar restaurant and about 300m. restaurant overlooking Tavolara, a service center for assistance and excursion organizations and private parking.
Ideal for everyone, perfect for families, children and for all those who love to immerse themselves in nature
linen is provided on request and is subject to a charge (€ 15 per person)

Lovely little apartment, 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom has twin rooms is a bit small but manageable) both had wardrobe and drawer space. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Fausta was excellent and Lorenzo onsite who helped us check in was fantastic with lots of tips of where to go. There were some basics provided, 1 toilet roll, some handsoap and washing up liquid but a small amount. We ere happy to leave any leftover food and basics there for the next person. Gardens are kept immaculate (the seagulls are very noisy!) and it's only a few min walk to a lovely beach. We ate in the local restaurant twice on the beach which was excellent and such a beautiful setting. overall really enjoyed our stay - thank you

Row house, with more or less all necessary amenities. Just a dish washer is missing - which is totally ok. Parking 30 m away. Beach approx. 200 m away. A pure sand beach just 5 min by car away. We loved it 🙂

I spent one week in this beautiful place. This little villa, surrounded by a lash park is the ideal place to spend very relaxing holiday, but in the mind time, thanks to the ideal position, enjoy the san teodoro's night. This house in fact is just 5 minutes walking away from a caribbean sea and 5 minutes from the center of the town. Thanks again to the owners who were very careful and always ready to help us. I hugely recommend this place and I will definitely come back hopefully in the near future.
