About this house rental
Terraced house located in the renowned residence "Villaggio San Teodoro 1", immersed in a well-kept and green private park of 70,000 m2, dotted with trees and flowering plants, in turn surrounded by "Mediterranean scrub".
The residence, unique in its kind in the area, has private access directly to the beach of Cala D'Ambra, which is only 150 meters from the house.
The enviable location, very convenient for families with children, is ideal for those who want to experience the sea in complete freedom, just outside their own garden.
The lively center of San Teodoro, with an infinite offer of shops, supermarkets and restaurants (and the characteristic summer evening market with street stalls), is about 800 meters away and can also be reached on foot in just 15 minutes.
The house, with its own private parking, consists of:
- large living room with dining area and kitchen;
- a comfortable veranda facing the sea overlooking the private park (for pleasant outdoor lunches);
- hallway sleeping area;
- n. 2 bedrooms, one double, the other with n°2 single beds (additional n°2 beds can also be obtained from the sofa bed in the living room);
- a bathroom with shower.
It is also equipped with a washing machine and air conditioning (for cooling and heating).
However, the house itself is naturally cool and well ventilated, offering optimal comfort even on the hottest summer days.
Services available on request:
- linen (set of bed sheets and bathroom towels): euro 25.00 / per person.
- baby cot: euro 25.00.
- baby high chair: euro 15.00.

We had a perfect Time. Everthing was nice a clean. All things that we needed were there. Also a washing mashine, items for the kitchen. But bring your own card games 🙂
Contact with the owner was always possible and he tried to help us with any requests. But he speaks only Italian, so use a translation app.
We are happy that we choose this stay, thank you so much. Hope we will be back soon.

From the start Enrico has been helpful answering all my queries. Ms Virginia was extremely helpful and very flexible seeing our plane was delayed and we arrived quite late in the night
I would thoroughly recommend the property for a nice relaxing time by the beach

Der Empfang war schon einmal speziell:
Unsere Fähre hatte eine Stunde Verspätung; das Navi hat die Lage nach den Angaben nicht genau lokalisiert; wir mussten im Stockdunklen suchen. Die außerordentlich freundliche "Empfangsdame" Virginia hat uns einen POI geschickt und bis 22:30 am Parkplatz ausgeharrt!
Das Reihenhäuschen liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit sehr großen Grünflächen. Zum Meer sind es etwa 300 m; Sandstrand gepflegt; nur beim Reingehen muss man Aufpassen, da überwiegend nach 1 m Sand Steine kommen, die oft Bruchstücke der hier extrem rauen und scharfkantigen Felsen sind. Es gibt aber genügend Alternativen; wunderschön Cala Suaraccia am Capo Coda Cavallo (14 km) mit Blick auf Tavolara. San Teodoro (sehr touristisch, dafür große Restaurant Auswahl) ~1 km entfernt. Zum Häuschen: gehobener italienischer Standard. Überall Zanzariere (Mückengitter), eine große Schiebetür zur überdachten Terrasse, für den Notfall eine Klimaanlage. Empfehlenswert!

Ubicazione dell'appartamento molto bella immersa in un giardino molto ben curato. Non si può dire altrettanto dell'appartamento ,pulizia un po' superficiale, muri che si sgretolano a causa dell'umidità , accessori bagno rotti ,luci interne fulminate e accesso dell'entrata difficoltoso per la presenza di colombi che riempivano di guano il portico. Dettagli non accettabili ad inizio stagione. Si può migliorare per equilibrare il rapporto qualità prezzo.
