Good view.
Confusion on how to operate front door keys. I would recommend a simple demonstration since locks are different in every country and it would make it easier for both the host and the guest.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Nonna ist super lieb, sauber war es auch.
Leider gab es wieder erwartend kein Geschirr und/oder Besteck.

The hosts were friendly. The accommodation has a top location, near bars, restaurants and the bus stop is 10-15mins walk away. Additionally, it’s close to the beach La Cinta, no car needed to get around the town. Air conditioning was available and working well. Towels were provided as well as dishwashing liquid and a sponge.
A huge minus point goes for the WIFI. There were two different hot spots and only one worked, which was the router from the main house where the owners lived. It DID NOT work from the rooms at all, so you have to get as close as possible to the main house to be able to connect. That was a real pain!
Furthermore, communication was difficult as they didn’t speak English, only one Lady did a tiny bit. So there was not much interaction or I wasn’t able to ask many questions like: “where’s the nearest supermarket located, what restaurants would you suggest etc.
If you are a host and you have international guests staying with you, I believe, you should be able to speak English to communicate with your guests.
