About this villa rental
We are on a strip of land surrounded by the sea and 6 beautiful beaches reachable by foot. Our houses located in Cala Paradiso are surrounded by greenery and offer a nice privacy, silence and security of distance as required for the Covid19 emergency.
THE “CALETTA DI CALA PARADISO” WHICH IS 150 M away from the courtyard, HAS 3 SMALL BEACHES WITH PRIVATE ACCESS through a green paths passing through our village, you can use KAYAKs at your disposal and snorkel to find small coves and comfortable secluded rocks to lie and enjoy the sun.

WE WILL TAKE YOU WITH OUR ZODIAC TO THE MANY ISLANDS nearby, where we can drop you and allow you to spend the amount of time you need to enjoy the location away from crowded beaches.
In the scenario you can take your boat to Sardinia or you want to rent one, you have THE PRIVILEGE OF HAVING A BOAT PLACE UNDER THE HOUSE just 150 m away from your door. Special discounts under availability.
A large window frames the Tavolara Island Protected Marine Park and the Molara Island, an INCREDIBLE SEA VIEW that characterises the whole house. The Veranda is furnished from breakfast to dinner.
In front of the veranda there is a unfenced garden for private use. A large Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole village up to the beaches.
The C5 house has an excellent Wi-Fi service.
The house can accommodate 8 people: 2 double bedroom+1 double or twin bedroom on the mezzanine and here 2 single beds can be added, living room with sea view, 2 bathroom with shower.

The most beautiful beach of all is Brandinchi also called Tahiti and you can reach it also walking through internal paths, is about 900/1000 m,

Beautifully located with access to wonderful beaches (car is a must). The complex while full of residences gives one a sense of seclusion. The house feels quaint and country, full of tradition. The host was wonderful, answered all questions and was very welcoming.

The house is little but very cosy with a beautiful garden with an amazing view of the sea and Tavolara island. Our host Stefania and her husband made sure from the very first day we had everything we needed always with great kindness. We absolutely recommend the boat trip organised by them to the islands Tavolara and Molara!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Stefanias Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr hübschen und gepflegten Anlage, alles sehr geschmackvoll, wundervolle Blumen und Sichtschutzhecken und schöne Ausblicke. Eine sehr saubere Meeresbucht ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, dort liegt auch ein Kajak bereit, mit dem man kleine Ausflüge in benachbarte Buchten unternehmen kann. Selbst Ende Juni ist es dort nicht überfüllt, Badeschuhe sind hilfreich.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man findet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Sommerurlaub benötigt.
Stefania ist immer schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar und mit ihren guten Tipps eine echte Hilfe. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Einkäufe, die Stefania in einem Hefter aufgeschrieben hat, haben wir fast alle ausprobiert und sie waren immer sehr gut. Es war eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche dank der schönen Unterkunft und der guten Lage zu vielen schönen Stränden und Ausflugszielen.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, wenn man einen schnellen Zugang zu einer kleinen Bucht am Mehr zu schätzen weiß. Wir waren in den Pfingstferien dort. Noch alles sehr ruhig. Stefania kümmert sich wirklich sehr gut um einen, so daß alles passt. Das Kajak ist eine tolle Ergänzung. Man kann mehrere kleine Strände vom Wasser her anfahren. Stolzer Preis - aber insgesamt super!!! Danke! Gerne wieder ...
