About this apartment rental
On the ground floor and on one level, with independent entrance, living area - cooking area and toilet and two bedrooms, one of which with exclusive bathroom. On the floor there is a large covered veranda facing east and overlooking the shared pool. In the garden overlooking the square of the patron church, a convenient storage / laundry room.

Dogs are welcome but it is necessary to communicate their presence during the booking
Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for those residing in the resort. Access times:
- from 10 to 13 in the morning,
- from 4pm to 8pm in the afternoon
Due to its particular location, the urban resort is an alternative to the well-known concept of receptivity of charm and level. Usually the urban resort is located in the big cities, in the capitals of the world, where the added value is given by the contrast with the pulsating and frenetic urban life.
In the case of Caneìs it is a small tourist village, Monte Petrosu, inhabited all year round, very close to wonderful beaches and coasts, with the characteristics of real life, in clear contrast with the ghost villages of all inclusive vacationers.
The resort is the center of a movement system, for those who want to enjoy beaches and coasts, but also traditions, cultural activities and village festivals.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet village.

Scrupulously clean modern apartment with all mod cons .Bedding and soft furnishings smelt lovely . Very spacious for all of us , both bathrooms a good size , our own parking spot and massive terrace . Lots of sunbeds round the pool and often just our family there. Very laid back around the pool which was a relief as have had bad experiences in other Italian resorts with weird and wonderful rules . 5 decent restaurants within walking distance , all completely different but great service and varied menu .A busy ice cream shop we used a lot and a local cafe which was cheap and good for coffee and croissants ( and wine whilst we waited for the takeaway pizza next door ). The owner had took on previous feedback and there was plenty of hand soap . She also informed us of a local festival during our stay which was very thoughtful - we joined in and it was a great experience where we felt welcome . Lots of beaches within 10 minutes drive . Taxis expensive so we used our own car at all times . Only slight niggle we had was the recycling of rubbish was a bit of a pain - more complex than in the UK and not something we wanted to have to think about as guests .Definitely recommend this apartment for a large family or several couples you can't go wrong .
