PRIVATE BEACHES AND KAYAK AT 150M; TRANSFER TO THE ISLANDS, SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW.
We are located on a strip of land surrounded by the sea and six beautiful beaches, all within walking distance. Nestled in lush greenery within the Villaggio Cala Paradiso in Capo Coda Cavallo, our two houses offer ultimate privacy and tranquility.
The cove, located just 150 meters away, features three small beaches with private access via green pathways entirely within our village. Here, you can use the kayak at your exclusive disposal, go snorkeling, and find small coves and secluded rocky spots perfect for sunbathing. The aerial shots in the video perfectly showcase this excellent location.
We can also take you on our private dinghy (gommone) to the many nearby islands, leaving you to enjoy your time away from the crowded beaches for as long as you wish.
If you bring your own boat or wish to rent one, you will enjoy the exclusive privilege of a dedicated mooring slot just 150 meters from the house, along with special discounts.
A large glass window frames the Island of Tavolara and the Island of Molara, offering an incredible sea view that characterizes the entire house. The furnished veranda is perfect for outdoor living, from breakfast to dinner. The unfenced garden is for your private use. Large areas of Mediterranean scrub surround the entire village down to the beaches, ensuring privacy and silence.
Villa C3 comfortably accommodates a family of 4 but can host up to 6 guests: 1 double bedroom + 1 double or twin bedroom on the mezzanine + a comfortable, easily foldable double sofa bed in the living room; a small but functional kitchenette; 1 bathroom with a shower.
If you are traveling with a larger group of friends, you can book the adjacent villa for 6 to 8 guests (Villa C5), which you can find by searching for listing no. 6866357.
Capo Coda Cavallo is a place of singular scenic beauty. A wide variety of some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia are easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes from our properties.
We offer exclusive dinghy excursions to make our guests' stay truly special. Trips or transfers depart directly from the beach below the house to reach the islands of the Tavolara Marine Park, the Beach of the Two Seas (Due Mari) on Tavolara, the natural pools of Molara, or the Sassi Piatti. You can spend as much time as you like swimming, snorkeling, taking underwater photos, or enjoying an easy-to-moderate climb to the peaks of Tavolara Island or among the ruins of a Romanesque church on Molara Island.
The house blends into this context of exceptional beauty with great respect for nature, allowing guests to enjoy absolute peace and quiet. Our presence on-site and our knowledge of the most hidden spots and local anecdotes will ensure you experience the area at its absolute best.
The most beautiful beach of all is Brandinchi, also known as Tahiti, which can be reached on foot via internal trails and is about 900–1000 meters away.
Other beaches within walking distance include Salina Bamba or Porto Coda Cavallo, Cala Suaraccia, Le Farfalle, and Salinedda, all located between 300 and 700 meters away.
Various sports activities are available near the house.
In addition to the free kayak at your exclusive disposal in the cove, the residence offers a tennis court and a five-a-side football (soccer) pitch, available upon reservation and for a fee.
All nearby beaches within walking distance are fully equipped with bars, umbrella rentals, windsurfing, and paddleboats (please note these services are not present in the village's private cove). Near the house, you will find the Aquarius Diving Center, quad, bike, and scooter rentals, horseback riding on the beach, birdwatching in the San Teodoro lagoon, wine tours, climbing, golf, ultralight flights, and kitesurfing. Our guests also receive special discounts at a hunting reserve located just 5 km from the property.

The location is incredible. Superb beaches with breathtaking views and fabulous snorkelling a walk away. Cala paradiso is also very good and the kayak was great to use. The apartment is small but well equipped and the terrace has a stunning view. The only problem was that the beds were not very comfortable especially in the mezzanine bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Brilliant house in a great location
Stefania was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble.
Good points:
- Such a nice welcome from Stefania and Marco, something we have not experienced in other rentals. It really felt like they wanted us to have the best experience even though we were only there for a week.
- Location (many beautiful beaches a walkable distance, even on hot days - and Stefania provided detailed instructions on how to get to each one)
- Supermarket and cafe nearby (walkable)
- Easy parking, always space available
- Wonderful patio and garden with access to the beach and even a wild tortoise
- Air conditioning
- Very peaceful, no noise or music from neighbours
Negative
The only negative I can find is that the kitchen is a bit small, but it is still fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher and was not a problem for us
Highlight of the holiday: the boat trip we did with Stefania and Marco.
If you like snorkelling this is not to be missed. They showed us all their favourite places, it felt very personal and like they were sharing their love for the region.

The location of the house was great and the views were stunning. Stephania could not have been more responsive on assistance with everything we needed along with recommendations to places to eat and beaches to go to.
The property was compact and suited our needs.
Ideally the place needs a bit of a freshen up.
You definitely need a car as there is only one restaurant within easy walking distance and we used the car each day to visit different bays.
