About this apartment rental
L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

VIEW: view of the gardens. From the large window of the bedroom and the living room and from the large terrace it has a view of the most beautiful part of the garden of the complex

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COSTS ALREADY INCLUDED in VRBO'S TOTAL CALCULATION AND PAID THROUGH THIS PORTAL: Initial cleaning: euro 70.00 – Bed linen and bath towels: euro 3.00 per person per night - Pet: euro 50.00 for the whole period. Small pets are allowed, however with prior authorization of the property
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 18.00. Check-out by 10.00. Schedules can be changed upon request for a fee.

Wer eine besondere Ferienwohnung mit einem erstklassigen Service sucht ist hier richtig. Die Empfehlungen des Eigentümers was Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten angeht sind ebenfalls spitze. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Flavio für die tolle Zeit, die wir in LÉa di Lavru verbringen durften! Selten ist uns das Abreisen so schwer gefallen..

Ich war nun schon zum fünften Mal im L'Ea di Lavru
ich kenne keinen anderen Ort, der so viel Erholungswert bietet.
Nachdem ich nicht immer das Gleiche schreiben will:
die Appartments sind fantastisch in jeder Hinsicht, warum, das muß
jeder selbst herausfinden ..siehe Fotos auf der Website ;-)
Und egal, ob Faultier (wie ich), oder sehr aktiv, Flavio wird das Beste
arrangieren. Sardinien hat sehr viel zu bieten, wer allerdings Party
a la Ballermann sucht, sollte die Finger davon lassen.
Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch im zweiten zu Hause !

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Besuch bei Flavio in seinem Apartment.
Es war unser erster Urlaub ohne All in Clusiv und wir sind sehr begeistert.
Anfangs war alles etwas kompliziert mit der Buchung, da es alles auf Englisch und per Email mit Flavio abläuft und nicht wie üblich einfach auf ein Knopf mit Buchen gedrückt wird.
Als wir jedoch dort angekommen sind, waren wir von der Anlage so begeistert, dass sich das ganze schreiben gelohnt hat.
Die Apartments sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und nicht 0815 wie man es so kennt.
Wir würden jedem empfehlen seinen Urlaub dort zu verbringen, denn wir und das ist sicher werden uns auf alle Fälle dort nochmal niederlassen :).
Allerdings sollte man einiges an Geld dabei haben, denn die Kosten summieren sich. Sardinien ist nicht das günstigste Pflaster :).
Vielen Dank Flavio und Marco für die nette Zeit & wir kommen definitv wieder !

Hervorragende Unterkunft in toller Lage, sehr guter Ausstattung und absolut sauber und ordentlich. Gastgeber gibt super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir werden wiederkommen.
