Studio très bien placé. Juste compliqué de se garer si on arrive un peu tard mais un second parking est juste à côté du logement. Literie confortable. Très bien équipé, merci pour le café, le thé. On peut vraiment venir les mains vides. Pour un studio et le prix c'est vraiment très bien équipé. Nous reviendrons.

Des petits détails qui n'enlève en rien à la qualité du logement. VMC sale dans la salle de bain. Chauffage non allumé donc un peu d'humidité. Et effectivement, les poubelles devant la porte.

L'espace du logement, son emplacement dans la ville, la proximité du parking et la bonne connexion wifi.

La fermeture du lavabo de la salle de bains était défaillante.

appartement agréable, bien rénové, proche du centre historique. prix/prestations au top. parking public payant de 9h à 17h à 30m, parking gratuit à 200m mais peu de places. calme même si donnant sur l'avenue.

L'extérieur pas top, containers à ordures ménagères sous la fenêtre au niveau porte d'entrée. Porte d'entrée de l'appart un peu légère, peu sécurisée, cependant porte extérieure un peu plus sécurisée.

idéalement placé, très bonne insonorisation toutes commodités autour et logement bien équipé propre et confortable. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir en cas de nouvelle escapade à Bourges

l'utilisation de la télé n'étant pas adepte des télé à la demande j'aurais aimé pouvoir regarder la télé classique mais pas réussi à la faire fonctionner un petit mode d'emploi serait un plus

Propre, idéalement situé près du centre, joliement décoré. Confortable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Les poubelles de la copropriété sous la fenêtre. Le canapé lit qui n’est pas vraiment un canapé lit mais plutôt une chauffeuse (matelas qui se déplie directement sur le sol).

Appartement très cosy, fonctionnel et très confortable. Conforme aux photos. Petit problème de connexion wifi mais l’hôte a été très réactive ce qui est très agréable !

VMC de la salle de bains fait un tout petit peu de bruit mais ce n’est pas dérangeant du tout
