Spacious space for 1-2 people, beautiful view from the window, bakeries and grocery stores just downstairs, very good location

A short but pleasant stay in a well equipped apartment.

Wifi passcode was under the box, very small print. Perhaps a copy of it in larger type and laminated could be left on the entry table. Good to have free Wifi though, thank you.

Disappointing.

It was very clean.

There were wet sheets drying on a clothes horse as we came in. There was no blind or curtain on the bedroom window (it looked as if one had been there but it had not been replaced). There was a piece of cloth hanging from one window in the living area. There were no hand towels. There was just one roll of toilet paper. There were just two coffee capsules. And you could only see the cathedral if you stuck your head out of the window in the living room or lay on the bed at a certain angle.

Pictures look good but never again

In all fairness the apartment has been refurbished to a good to high standard. The lounge, kitchen area and bathroom were very nice

I will start with the principal access of the road, it looked like a semi derelict building with a very rickety but probably original and old door and frame that has been patched up. There were 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment (a total of 61 risers). When we entered the apartment it was like a sauna, just like climbing into your home attic on a very hot day. There was a fan and a small air mobile conditioning unit which we switched on immediately but it took hours to cool the place down. The stairs up to the bedroom were almost comical, they looked very impressive but, even for a short person like me (1.6m) you had to bend your head and shoulders to get up them. The bedroom was also uncomfortably hot with very low headroom, to the point that to get to the far side of the bed you would need to crawl around it. The was an air conditioning unit in the bedroom and by 4.00am in the morning it had cooled the room to a reasonable temperature. I risked sleeping in the bedroom, my partner refused to sleep up there and slept on the sofa as she considered (quite rightly) that the stairs were dangerous.

great place. everything new and so clean. according to my friend the upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. Really nice. responsive kind host.

it was located on the third floor. no elevator. the stairs are tough easy to climb, but not with a big suitcase when you are 66. but we made it. the bed linen for the sofa bed were made of quite an unpleasant material.

J’aurais apprécié que l’appartement soit chauffé. On a dormi dans le froid toute la nuit, l’appartement n’ayant pas eu le temps de chauffer à notre arrivée. C’était le 24 décembre, il faisait très froid.

Catastrophique et peu fiable

Nous avons payé et reservé le logement 5 jours a l avance et recu un message de confirnation de la part du gestionnaire des lieux. En arrivant sur place ,le logement etait deja occupé par un autre locataire.. Nous nous sommes retrouvés a la rue avec une enfant a 23h sans solution. Le gestionnaire des lieux n a rien fait pour atranger cette situation déplorable nous disant qu il avait des problemes "bien plus grave que notre nuit" et nous raccrochant au nez. Heureusement que la plateforme booking nous a aidé a retrouver un logement en pleine nuit. Cette personne devrait être penalisée pour une attitude si peu convenable à de l'accueil touristique.

Il manque des prises dans l’ensemble. Cuisine : une prise pour 2 équipements. Une prise dans la chambre pour recharger son téléphone et une prise pour celui qui veut lire et qui n’a pas de lampe.

Lo consiglio

Un appartamentino molto carino pulito al terzo piano senza ascensore, un po' tutte le case in Francia sono con delle scale, il proprietario molto disponibile risponde subito ai messaggi e alle domande, il check-in lo si fa' da soli le chiavi sono in una cassetta fuori con il codice. Si trova in una strada centrale piena di negozi e bar, comunque rimane silenzioso.

Le persone troppo alte sicuramente hanno un po' di difficoltà a muoversi dove c'è il letto perché l'appartamento è soppalcato e il letto si trova in un sottotetto in alcuni punti un po' basso.

L’emplacement ainsi que l’ambiance chaleureuse qui se dégage de l’appartement. Toutes les commodités sont présentes pour passer un we agréable.

Même si le propriétaire propose des ventilateurs, la chambre « mezzanine » reste très très chaude, la chambre étant au tout dernier étage sous les combles. Pour le reste de l’appartement, ces ventilateurs suffisent mais pour la chambre, une « vraie » climatisation serait un réel plus.

Richtig tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Tolle Lage am Rande des historischen Zentrums, alles fußläufig erreichbar. In direkter Nachbarschaft kleine Geschäfte, u.a. kleine Lebensmittelläden und Cafés zum Frühstücken. Unterkunft modern und klasse eingerichtet, insgesamt sehr wohnlich.

Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, war es im Sommer (Mitte Juli 2025) sehr, sehr, sehr, sehr warm bzw. heiß. Die in der Unterkunft befindlichen Klimaanlagen bzw. Turmventilatoren waren hier machtlos. Schlafen bei 30 Grad ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Ansonsten eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Adresse für die "kühleren" Jahreszeiten.
