À notre arrivée, le chauffage était au minimum (encore ça peut passer) mais il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Mon collègue a dormi dans le canapé et a fini par dormir par terre. Il s’est réveillé en pleine nuit avec des piqûres. Il y’avait des puces dans le canapé. Demande de facture très compliqué, l’hôte pas très aimable par message.

Ce logement n'est pas loué par un particulier mais par "Robs Conciergerie". Ce concierge a jugé bon de me loger dans un autre logement que celui que j'avais réservé ! Sans même m'avertir... puisque l'adresse est communiquée le jour-même, je me suis rendue à l'adresse indiquée, qui n'était pas le "nid berruyer" mais "101 studio en plein centre"...très bruyant, donnant sur une route pavée, et mal insonorisé. Evidemment ce logement était moins cher, mais ça ... le concierge n'en a que faire ! Aucun dédommagement, aucune nouvelle depuis, malgré mes messages. A fuir ...

Devoir envoyer sa piece d'identité à l'avance. Literie canapé lit abominable. Pas de gel douche ni de savon pour les mains.

La malpropreté humide appartement vétusté voir insalubre d ailleurs mon ami à déclencher une crise d asthme de surcroît destructeur d odeur néfaste pour la santé plaques de cuisson tres très sale nous avions loué pour 2 jours obligés de partir plus tôt je ne recommande pas porte fenêtre vitre cassée balcon très sale je pense que le propriétaire n habiterait pas cet appartement

Prix intéressant pour un passage d'une nuit

L'hôte est très réactif et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder au logement. Logement équipé d'une cafetière à dosettes (2 dosettes étaient fournies), bouilloire, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, frigo récent. Proche du centre à pied avec restaurants et magasins à 5/10 min. Le prix abordable.

Nous allons temporiser les avis précédents, car nous avons été assez surpris des avis si positifs. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal avec la serrure haute de la porte qui était très difficile à ouvrir. Le quartier était calme la journée... mais la nuit a été très bruyante et mouvementée. Des jeunes passaient régulièrement dans la rue en parlant extrêmement fort. Cela a été d'autant plus gênant que la nuit était très chaude et que nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre qui n'a pas de volets (des rideaux thermiques seraient une bonne idée). Il y avait bien un petit ventilateur mais cela était insuffisant pour la taille de l'appartement. Nous étions 4 et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain. Le logement était très propre mais mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Il y avait des odeurs désagréables dans la cage d'escalier.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour au nid berruyer, parfait pour une halte rapide ou un séjour plus long.

Le logement est très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du centre historique de Bourges. Il y a des places de parking pas très loin et l'hôte est très réactif. De plus, j'ai apprécié la possibilité d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure grâce aux clés dans la boîte à clés.

La cage d'escalier commune est moyennement propre et surtout une très forte odeur d'urine de chats au niveau du palier du second

L'appartement est très bien situé et calme, facile d'accès en voiture et avec plein de places de parking à proximité.

La cuisine était très sale, et les casseroles à moitié lavées, vraiment pas très agréable de devoir tout laver avant de se faire à manger. Niveau communication, l'hôte n'a jamais répondu à mes messages... Dommage.
