Great location and cleanliness, but basic maintenance needs attention.

Convenient location. The studio was quite hot, but the AC provided was effective. Very clean overall and had everything I needed.

The table was wobbly and poorly assembled — it felt unstable and nearly caused my expensive laptop to fall. At this price point, I’d expect all furniture to be secure and fully functional.

Worse experience ever with booking.com

There is nothing good about this apartment/ these properties...I booked apartment on ground floor and and end up on 2nd floor....

When booked its show the building is in main street when i arrived there ..then the building was inside a small passage at end of this... Totally waste of many booking these apartments even on ground floor or others...the bed was so uncomfortable..I put mattress on floor for sleep whole week ..

Did the job for 3 days when we spent little time in it.

Self catering. catering equipment good. lots of glassware and small. Acceptable for a 3 night stay.

No draining board for the sink. The breakfast bar far too small and not a good height. no comfy chairs. The bathroom had no extractor fan showering was like having a sauna. Rather noisy at times with people arguing and coming in in the early hours.

Visiting Bourges

The location is central about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and 20 minutes walk to the train station. In the area and also more close to the center you find places to eat as well as shops. The appartment was modern and clean, and quiet. Wifi was good.

A fire disaster waiting to happen in deceptively small accommodation.

The property, room 7, had recently been renovated and the decoration was relatively new.

The room size was pathetic and like a dolls house. The pictures on the website were very deceptive. I am not a big man (172cm) but I have many bumps from hitting my head. The property is a disaster waiting to happen. One small smoke detector in the room but apart from that nothing. No extinguisher or fire blanket and nothing in the hallways. To escape the property would require travelling down three corridors without any windows and two flights of wooden stairs. The only escape was through the front door. I believe this breaks many fire laws and in the event of fire you would stand no chance of escape.

Proximité avec le centre ville, emplacement calme et accessible. L’appartement était grand propre et relativement bien aménagé ! Douche spacieuse. Présence d’un grand dressing.

Très mal isolé :( les gens du dessus sont rentrés deux fois vers 3h du matin et j’ai été largement réveillée ! Literie pas ultra confortable j’ai eu mal au dos.

La conciergerie est vraiment très sympathique et disponible, nous avons prolonger et nous avons pu déménager nos affaires dans l’apt d’à côté, merci beaucoup 🤗 la femme de ménage est vraiment très agréable et elle m’a dit de ne pas hésiter si j’avais besoin de quoi que ce soit L’apt est très joli et bien équipé, l’apt est proche du centre ville et l’entrée avec digicode est vraiment pratique pour les entrées autonomes Merci beaucoup et à bientôt 🥰

La situation géographique, proche des centres d'intérêt.

L'appartement est aménagé dans un comble situé sous le toit de l'immeuble, aspect non précisé dans l'annonce. L'escalier menant à l'étage est très étroit et dangereux, lorsqu'il s'agit de l'emprunter avec des valises. L'équipement en vaisselle est minimaliste.

La cour où se situe le logement était très sale. le sol du logement aussi. en marchant pieds nus, le dessous des pieds étaient noirs. Pour le même prix, nous étions dans un logement superbe à Angers.

La localisation dans le centre ville de Bourges.. La surface du logement. Salle de douches avec wc indépendante.

C'est un détail : les chaînes de tv étaient inaccessibles. Pour une nuit c'est tout à fait supportable !

Joli studio, propre et très bien placé.

Il n'y a pas de fenêtres ! Seuls 2 vasistas permettent d'aérer le studio. Il faut un escabeau (fourni) et une stature supérieure à 1,60 m pour les ouvrir ! Le climatiseur est très bruyant et peu efficace.

- l’emplacement est idéal et proche du centre de Bourges - la douche dans le salle de bains et la cuisine sont OK. - l’appartement donne une impressions chaleureuse

- les meubles sont de qualité inférieure - la table de la chambre avec son tiroir est difficile à ouvrir. Nous avons eu du mal à le refermer - le lit et le matelas sont en mauvais état. Le sommier à lattes est même cassé. Nus avond donc très mal dormi cette nuit là. - la table dans la cuisine ét it branlante (pas stable) - pas de wifi en entrant

L'emplacement pas loin du centre ville, on entend pas les bruits de la rue.

Parking un peu loin à pied, manque d'insonorisation avec couloir et autres appartements, espace serré pour 2, pas d'interrupteur va et vient, pas d'égouttoir à côté de l'évier, besoin de changer le matelas.

Le logement très bien placé est adapté pour des courts séjours en raison du faible niveau d'équipements de la cuisine. Le logement situé au deuxième étage est accessible par un escalier assez raide. Le quartier est calme et l'immeuble sécurisé. Le personnel est réactif aux demandes.

J'ai déjà réservé deux autres chambres dans cet établissement , elles étaient bien. LA localisation est top.

La dernière chambre numéro 8 n'est pas au niveau des deux premières que j'avais réservé. Odeur d'humidité + vaisselle pas séchée contenant parfois de l'eau + bruit de la part de certain résidents qui viennent fumer et ou passer leur appels téléphonique dans la cour + douche mal pensée : faute de retenu l'eau coule au sol malgré

pas de petit déjeuner car c'est une location de chambre et ce n'est pas un hôtel

studio petit mais c'est le manque de place surtout au niveau aménagement qui est à revoir 1 petite table basse au bout du lit mais les chaises très hautes styles chaises de bar ne nous permettent pas de manger confortablement tout est en exigu, l'accès aux appareils placés sur un petit meuble étagère sont difficilement accessibles il faut se baisser pas pratique , manque de rangement pour les vêtements et pour les denrées alimentaires, le placard qui nous a plus est en fait le placard de le ballon eau chaude pas d'accueil directe , pas de contact donc je n'ai pas mis une super appréciation puisque nous n'avons vu personne

J'ai tout aimé !!! - logement bien situé, dans une petite cour calme et éclairée la nuit (ce qui est tout de même plus rassurant quand on rentre) - très propre - il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec même sel/poivre, huile et capsules de café/thé - hôtes très sympas et disponibles !
