Really good value for money clean and has everything you need. Just want you need for a night the bed was so comfy and really liked the basket for morning breakfast

The rude neighbour next door who thought it was acceptable to tell me out of his window to be quiet when I was on the phone and wasn't even being loud! Put me a bit on edge after that and couldn't relax properly.

Location was great for city access. Lovely shower. The view of the church tower at night was nice. Fair value for money.

The apartment wasn't particularly clean, didn't want to walk barefoot. The stairs are very steep. It's very easy to hear neighbour's noise. It didn't feel as safe and secure as could be.

Good

The apartment is exactly what is says, small and functional. It might have been the smallest apartment I have ever been, but the space is well utilized and enough to crash for a night with a family of four including two little kids. Bed was comfortable and sofa bed ok. We got lucky and had free parking nearby but as described before, the street in front of the apartment has no space for parking. It was nice to have a espresso machine and few things for the breakfast. Collecting the keys was easy and the owner sent the instructions on the day of arrival. Overall a good experience!

Bonne découverte de Bourges très belle ville.

La proximité du centre, le côté cosy sous les pentes, l’accès à l’appartement , même étroit, ne me dérange pas , par contre avec des valises trop compliqué.

Après bcp de vérification je n’ai pas eu le mail avec les codes , le contact a mis bcp de temps à me répondre cela m’a beaucoup inquiété. Je n’ai absolument pas aimé le lit canapé sans drap et surtout avec un drap house avec des cheveux, des poils et autres.... . Sinon l’autre lit était TB mais nous étions 4 a dormir. La salle de bain TB. La table basse est brancbalante ..peut etre à réparer.??

L'emplacement est super. Vraiment à 5min du centre et facilité pour se garer. Relativement propre par rapport au vieillissement de l'appartement (serviettes et draps en tout cas)

La communication avec l'hôte était très bien nous avons trouvé facilement l'appartement et bonne explication pour récupérer les clés il est bien équipé avec la clim bonne explication pour le canapé-lit. Merci pour le petit-déjeuner il a été très apprécié

Il manque un équipement de nettoyage malheureusement le seul balai que j'avais était cassé et il manquait une balayette et une pelle

La situation géographique en plein cœur de Bourges.

Chaleur étouffante dans le logement sous les toits (33 degrés à notre arrivée idem température extérieure). Aucune isolation thermique. Frigo minuscule. Aucune chaise. Petit déjeuner bas de gamme.

La situation proche de la cathédrale. La facilité pour récupérer les clefs. Le confort de l'appartement. Les parkings proches et gratuits de 17 h à 9h

Regrettable. J’aurai fermer les yeux sur ce grand inconfort si on m’avait écouté et qu’on m’avait proposé un dédommageme

Je n’ai même pas pu séjourner dans l’établissement.

Il faisait tellement chaud qu’on aurait dit un grenier. Quand j’ai appelé le propriétaire pour trouver une solution, il ne m’a pas répondu que l’isolation, m’a répondu très sèchement qu’il « ne savait pas d’où je venais mais que à Bourges c’est comme ça », en me laissant sur le fait qu’il y avait un ventilateur (une petite colonne, qui brassait de l’air chaud). De plus, il tentait de rester cordial avec moi, tout en me remballant et me faisant signaler qu’un « logement avec clim serait 2x le prix ». Nous ne nous sommes pas disputés, mais je ne me suis senti ni écouté, ni compris. Ma solution fut la fuite. Le logement est en hauteur (2e étage) sans ascenseur pour les affaires, et arrive en hauteur, c’est un véritable four. A contre cœur, j’ai été obligé de trouver un plan B en urgence (un hôtel, climatisé… et pour le même prix ! À Bourges !) Je suis déçu. Et n’espère même pas un remboursement car « sur le prix, 12€ revient à la femme de ménage qui n’aura rien à faire car nous n’avons même pas posé nos affaires ».

Très bon rapport qualité-prix en centre ville

Studio n°2, dans une maison de ville, 2e étage, escalier raide pour y accéder. Ruelle calme, à 800m de la gare et proche du centre historique. 2 petites pièces , une mini cuisine avec quelques produits alimentaires café thé pour le petit-déjeuner, wifi, 2 télés, petite douche/wc avec produits d'hygiène. Bon rapport qualité prix pour une ou deux nuits, seul ou à deux.

Pour nous l'enplacement bien calme petit déjeuner bien petit f2 sympa dans l'ensemble je recommande pour des personnes jeunes pas pour des personnes âgées a causse des escaliers un peu étroit aux 2 eme étage .

'appartement un peu petit mais pour une nuit cela suffi lit a revoir (pas le matelas le cadre du lit a revoir) salle de bain bien aussi sauf que la Dame du menage devrait regarder le trou d'evacuation de la douche car eau s'evacue très mal ( retrouver des cheveux ) sous le canapé bof

Fournaise car situé sous les combles, à déconseiller de juin à septembre ! Deux ventilateurs sont à disposition mais malheureusement peu utiles. La serrure de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas très bien.

Dommage pour le lit qui fais relativement du bruit. Petit bémol, la cuisine est petite Mais il y a le nécessaire. La poignée douche est mal fixée et se retire de son encoche.
