Very clean. Manager very helpful.

Not air conditioned. Hard to sleep at night in the heat. The two fans were not adequate to cool the place.

Beds comfy. Fridge available.

Shower working but main head broken (since October 2023), poor directions re parking, I know my French could improve but no directions in English, parking area comprised druggies and drunks. Hallway lighting very dark to 2nd floor and hallway dirty . If u have an SUV parking access not suitable as very tight. Remote to control access bollard not working. Apparently needs to be used in car. Still didn’t work!

The apt was a bit hard to find and so were the keys,they were in a lock box in an alleyway(with homeless) The parking was harder to find . Check out Instructions in the apt differed from that on booking.com.We has noisy guests who locked them selves out and then disturbed the entire building.

It was a large space. It had a decent kitchen. The location was pretty central and gave good access to the local shops and amenities.

It was really hard to get the car to the parking, even with the host/owners instructions, due to the many vehicle free roads. The access road is very, very tight. We have a medium-sized car, and it was a challenge. The parking space was fine once through, though. The entrance to the flat is dingy and a little off-putting. Once in the flat, it's clear a very good photographer was used. It's a good size but everything seems a bit basic, old or tired, for example, there were three different chairs at the dining table. I appreciate it's an old building, but I felt a little bit uncomfortable with it given some of the wiring and electrics then found the front door to the road had been locked so only a key would open it. The beds and furniture were pretty cheap, albeit not uncomfortable. The advertised WiFi didn't exist. We've toured Europe for eight nights and unfortunately this apartment didn't meet the standards of the other places we stayed.

Amazing spot in a special historical building. We stopped by in Bourges on our way back from our vacation. Thanks to the location of this property we were able to experience the city in such a short time. The communication with the host was also impeccable. With a website containing all the info about the property and and fast responses from the host we were never left in the dark. The flat was clean and comfortable too for our group. Definitely recommend!

Sorry didn’t stay. There were 5 flights of stairs. Hallways dirty and dark. Clothing hanging on beams in flat.

Great location, lovely spacious apartment, host was very informative and communicated everything necessary for the stay.

Hard work carrying luggage upstairs, couldn't park that close to the apartment.
