The place lack maintenance and cleaning. Wasn't sure if the bed shuznd cover were changed from previous guests. And the towel are like so old there are washed out

The position was very good to visit the city. The instructions to do the self check-in were very clear.

Although it is very small, it was fine for just one person. I wish I could have stayed another night

I didn't actually have the breakfast but a choice of croissants with honey and Jam were provided. Also, Juice and milk in the fridge. The location was excellent - easy walk from the train station and almost in the centre of town. The apartment was quite well equipped for a longer stay.

The apartment looks a little tired and could do with some minor repairs.

The owner sent me detailed info on how to retrieve the keys, which made it really easy. The studio was clean, it had everything one might need (some food and drink items for breakfast too), and the price was great. Right in the centre.

Tutto ok grazie consigliato a viaggiatori singoli o coppie

Comincio dalla posizione, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 5 minuti dal centro storico di Bourges, tutto si è svolto da remoto e le istruzioni sono state semplici, chiare e correttamente comunicate in maniera tempestiva dal gestore, l'alloggio era munito di tutto l'indispensabile, quindi la valutazione è senz'altro positiva.

Piccoli appunti sulla pulizia delle lenzuola che non davano proprio esattamente l'impressione di una pulizia accurata (in questo la gestione potrebbe migliorare) e sul fatto che nella doccia c'era una confezione di bagno schiuma evidentemente usata e allungata con acqua.

Très déçue de ce studio qui était très sale ! Les équipements détériorés et pourries , j’avais pris à manger pour le soir, nous n’avons pas pu réchauffer dans le four micro-ondes c’était pleins de moisissures, de ce fait je me suis dit que j’allais réchauffer à la poêle, Surprise !! État déplorable la poêle !! Donc obligé d’aller manger à l’extérieur ! Le sol collait ! Nous n’avons pas pu prendre une douche vu l’état !! Je n’ai pas dormi peur d’avoir des cafards ! Le cauchemar !

J’ai un peu hésité vu la non propreté du matelas mais pas de piqûres au matin… Couette un peu fine, du coup je me suis battue avec la programmation du radiateur électrique

Beaucoup plus loin de la gare qu'indique. Cela devait être un ancien hôtel. 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Très longs étages. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains. C'est plus une chambre d'hôtel ou d'hôpital. De la moisissure dans la salle de bains. Des trous dans la pièce principale. Apparemment hébergement en rénovation. Cables dans l'escalier. Porte extrêmement lourde et dure. Voisins qui font du bruit toute la nuit

bon emplacement , bien centré // logement propre // lit confortable // salle d'eau bien fonctionnelle , de même que l'électro de la cuisine Petit détail important (suggestion) L'évier de la cuisine n'a pas de crépine ( d'où risque que il puisse se boucher // heureusement nous n'y avons pas versé de choses susceptibles de l'obstruer ) Le wifi et la TV , c'est correct

de petit déjeuner , il n'y en avait pas , comme suggéré dans le descriptif ( en guise de déjeuner inclu , quelques sachets de thé, de café et de sucre pour 6 jours , de même que deux minuscules croissants ) Un peu exigu ... serré , la chambre + cuisine , dans le studio nr 20 Et de fait aussi , il aurait fallu une petite table pour prendre son café , ou sa tisane .... et une deuxième chaise ... de fait , pas vraiment fait pour préparer un petit plat et consommer sur place ... d'ailleurs le nombre de couverts un peu limite (2 personnes maximum ....)

Studio en centre ville proche de toutes les commodités.

Appartement difficile à trouver, fiez vous bien aux indications données et aux photos. Sinon la propreté est très perfectible, le sol colle et n'est pas propre. Même s'il a été rénové, l'état est moyen (peintures abîmées et cloquées). Le tapis de bain, j'ai préféré ne pas l'utiliser car trop sale. Le confort du matelas est passable. Le petit déjeuner est proche du ridicule, briquette de jus bon marché et brioche individuelle sous cellophane. L'intention est là mais si j'avais su, je m'en serai passé. Enfin, le logement est petit, séjour long à éviter. Bref à la fin vous en avez pour votre argent.

Sehr nahe am wunderschönen Stadtzentrum. Bett war bequem. Zimmer geht in den Innenhof, daher kein vorherrschender Straßenlärm. Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme. WLan ist gut.

Die Tür öffnet/schließt sich schlecht. Ansonsten habe ich bei diesem Angebot nichts auszusetzen.

Conforme aux photos. Petit déj café the gâteaux, briquettes de jus au frais, serviettes suffisantes, il y avait tout le nécessaire. Bon couchage. Je mets bien, car je fais la comparaison avec un précédent logement sur Narbonne, prix presque identique et tellement beau que je ne peux pas mettre la meme note. Le petit déj est un plus, les horaires d arrivée et départ sont parfaites. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Situé au centre ville et bien équipé.

La location est annoncée avec petit déjeuner inclus. Des dosettes de café et deux biscuits pour quatre jours, c’est très loin de ce que l’on peut attendre. En arrivant, le sol de l’appartement collait et la propreté était juste acceptable (assiettes et couverts sales, intérieur du frigo sale…). J’ai demandé une facture et j’ai reçu un document inexploitable. Je passe mon chemin…

Le quartier difficilement praticable en voiture, parkings à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc nécessité de porter les bagages à pied, la proximité d'une boîte de nuit ce qui peut être inquiétant si on rentre de nuit, forcément à pied puisqu'il faut garer sa voiture loin, la boîte à clés située à un autre endroit, en hauteur, difficilement accessible à des personnes de petite taille, 2è étage sans ascenseur
