Worked great for a three day visit to Bourges.

It was clean. Good windows. Good location, particularly so if arriving in Bourges by train. Bed was good.

Decor was a bit weird, but that was clear from pictures and not a surprise. Not a proper bowl and spoon combo for eating ( e.g., granola).

The door between the bedroom and the bathroom does not have blind glass. Therefore, it is quite uncomfortable There was a smoke smell coming from somewhere, maybe another room..

Decent sized room in an old building 15 mins walk from the centre

Bathroom smelt very bad like a sewer. The accommodation was not clean. cobwebs etc... I don't feel 80 euros offered value for money compared to other locations

Ok but not great

Bourges is lovely, a charming location & this property looks nice (we loved the artwork on the walls) but feels like it has been done with budget at the forefront. The room was missing key items for comfort. For example was 38 degrees when we stayed, no aircon, unable to open the window as the sun was blazing and no fan was provided in the room. We ended spending 65 euros on buying a fan just so we could bare being inside the room. Sound proofing not great, could hear the neighbours. ‘The kitchen’ is not really a kitchen, 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, pod machine and a few utensils (which look like they are from a charity shop), it’s unpractical and usable due to lack of surface area to prepare anything. Bathroom skirting boards are rotten around the shower and the stairs need attention as some of the treads are broken and feels like your foot is going to fall through. The bed was ok but not great. Nice hotel linen and lovely towels, but a horrible blanket as opposed to the nice blanket and cushions on the bed in the photos. To sum up, it feels like student accommodation.

Needs work before I’d consider staying again.

Beautiful Stay, Private, Quiet and newly renovated

Private, Quiet, Clean and Spacious. Newly renovated, had everything you need. No Air Conditioning which was tough during 38 Celcius heat waves, but evenings were fine with windows open. The cook top was emitting a lot of warmth from the generating enough power to cook, so avoid cooking on hot evenings otherwise you'll overheat your room! Really gorgeous unit, so much space, and loved how close to the train station it was. Walkable even with lugguage, around 20 min. We can highly recommend, far better than small hotel room with no kitchen amenities. The separate twin basins were such a luxury for my partner and I.

Remove the large rug from the room, it's too hot in the summer and overheats the space, we just rolled it up. Cleaners floors would be appreciated (a proper mop). That would make a huge difference. Small critique, there was only one large spoon left, so not enough for a pair of guests to use.

No parking although filtered by "free parking"

Great Situation in the center of Bourges. Nicely equipped apartment.

Interior and walls a little worn out already. I filtered the offers in Bourges by "free parking", Puits de Jouvence came out and that was my reason for booking in the first place. However, in reality there is no parking included (free public parking possible some distance away). I don't know whether this was a mistake by Puits de Jouvence or by Booking, but it should be fixed. No real service at al (codes and keybox, possiblity to phone in a slot of three hours a day). In my opinion too expensive for what it is.

Lovely place to stay but the owners need to address the above issues to get full marks.

Great location for the cathedral and old town and room was unique as well as being clean and tidy.

There was a constant horrible smell in the room coming from the shower. I suspect that no u bend trap was in place and the waste water was connected directly to the toilet soil pipe. The only way to freshen the air was to open the windows which meant you could hear the road noise. Also no plug for kitchen sink. For the avoidance of doubt there is NO on site free parking - a car park can be found about 5 min walk away which cost about 3 euros for the night which isn't a lot but we booked it with the understanding parking would be free at the location.

Het comfort. Zelf koffie thee, of wat te eten kunnen maken. Prima bed en creatieve inrichting. Elke kamer een ander karakter, leuk centraal gelegen. Zelfs een krultang aanwezig en wattenstaafjes. We hebben nu alle kamers gehad. Wat leuk!

Très bel appartement, décoration très originale, spacieux, donnant sur une cour intérieure. Très très bonne literie.

Attention le parking de l'hôtel dieu à proximité est certaines nuits payant, on ne l'avait pas noté, et je ne suis pas sûr que ce soit noté sur les panneaux à l'entrée du parking, conclusion, voiture laissée de 17h à 9h30 , 11 euros 🥴. J'aimerais savoir par le propriétaire de la location si c'est bien précisé sur les panneaux.

Logement agréable. Déco sympa (nous avions la chambre "Printemps de Bourges"). Emplacement en bordure du centre, c'est très pratique.

Nous regrettons juste la mise à disposition d'une vraie table pour les repas, en particulier le petit-déjeuner, ainsi que de tables de chevet.

La propreté très douteuse : de la poussière et des araignées partout. L’aspirateur manifestement n’est pas passé dans les coins, plinthes, derrière le radiateur et autour du frigidaire, etc… l’ampoule de la lampe de chevet signalée de féculai semaine précédente n’a pas été remplacée.

Logement à proximité du centre ville et facilité pour se garer. Bonne gestion administratif du logement par le personnel et logement propre.

Manque de couverts/vaisselle et serviette main. Peut être penser à mettre à disposition un petit ventilateur.

Chaleur insupportable, pas de climatisation. Proximité d’une rue très passante et très bruyante, impossible de dormir la nuit. Odeur de cigarette tenace malgré les efforts des femmes de ménage

Prima locatie in het centrum. Parkeren kan makkelijk in de buurt. Parkeerterrein op 150 meter. Grote kamers en badkamers.

In een van onze geboekte kamers lag een dot haar op het kleedje bij de douche. Verder had ik de inlog gegevens niet gekregen en op de deur staat niet aangegeven dat het een hotel is. Gelukkig was de dame aan de lijn zeer geduldig en behulpzaam en is het gelukt de buitendeur te openen en de sleutels uit de lockers te krijgen
