Просторное жильё на тихой улице. Расположение на уровне земли позволяет легче переносить жаркую погоду. Достаточно много шкафов, где можно разместить свои вещи. Кровать широкая и удобная. На кухне есть всё необходимое, включая кофеварку Senseo, хотя мы предпочитаем систему Nespresso. С получением ключей никаких проблем не возникло - ящик с кодовым замком находится около двери.
На ставнях и в проёме окон было много паутины, которую пришлось убирать. Оставлять окна открытыми на ночь для проветривания невозможно, так как квартира находится на уровне земли. Кроме того, во дворе регулярно курили другие жильцы, что не добавляло комфорта. В шкафу есть посуда, которая несовместима с индукционной плитой, что создаёт некоторые проблемы. Не хватает стиральной машины.

Great newly renovated apartment. It is on the ground floor. Other than that it is a great place. Nice kitchen, good coffee maker, full kitchen with oven dishwasher etc. Nice TV with Netflix and Prime. A nice desk if you want to work. Closet space and outlets everywhere. Towels provided (Thanks! some apartments in France do not). Had essentials for the bathroom and kitchen.
If I spent more days there and I was home during the day, being on the ground floor with window facing the strrt and people walking by would have been difficult. Add curtians that allow light in but maintain privacy?

C’était neuf et propre
Deux plaques chauffantes (sur2) qui ne fonctionnent pas. Deux verres à vin dépareillées et 3 fourchettes…
Deux serviettes, pas de sac poubelle
Rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue et deux fenêtres qui rendent l’espace très sombre
Pour la caution (500€) pas de soucis mais je n’avais pas vu (habituellement il n’y en avait pas) et donc pas de code… heureusement j’étais en avance et le propriétaire a pu répondre dans les temps
$$$$
