A pretty studio close to the centre

Lovely studio, convenient for the centre, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated, and a comfy bed. I was quite warm with no air conditioning, but a fan was provided which was ok.

Freshly renovated Appartement, perfectly Clean, beeds very comfortable

No personal handover of Keys or personal Welcome . First call at the arrival time was answered by answering machine. Breakfast only possible at a nearby bakery-shop.

Small and nice apartment for couples.

It's a small, nice, clean apartment. The impasse where it is the flat it's a little isolated but it is not a problem, at least it is quiet. Perfect for couples.

There is no place to put our stuff. A small cupboard or a dresser would be nice.

Clean and nicely presented property. Good size for a studio.

No bannister on the staircase up to the studio. Towels were a little on the small side. 2 hand towels only but no bath towels.

Overall it was very good

The studio was located close to the center of town. There was free parking on the main sreet nearby. It was very clean and we'll equipped for a short stat.

Having a fan would be helpful in the summer as this studio is under the roof with Velux windows.

Very nice and new build apartment. Kitchen well equipped with necessary stuff. Very quiet area. The owner let me park my motorbike in the yard. I was fully satisfied.

Tutto perfetto

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente. Si tratta di una mansarda al primo piano accessibile tramite una scalinata. L'host ci ha dato informazioni dettagliate e precise per raggiungerla. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto il necessario, compresa la cappa. La struttura non presenta un parcheggio privato ma a pochi metri a piedi c'è la strada con i parcheggi gratuiti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la consigliamo.

Le chauffage ne marche pas le matin .avec des températures négatives dehors Le parking se trouve à la rue c'est en fait un stationnement gratuit, il faut marcher plusieurs centaines de mètres avec les bagages dans un chemin

Le studio est situé dans un quartier résidentiel avec des jardins. Il a un accès indépendant, est spacieux et est très bien équipé.

Carino ma nel complesso migliorabile

L'appartamento è ristrutturato completamente e anche se piccino è molto curato e con tutte le cose necessarie. Si tratta di un sottotetto quindi è un po' caldo in estate. No condizionatore ma dotato di ventilatore.

Abbiamo scoperto solo dopo che l'appartamento si trova in una casa indipendente (che all'apparenza sembra disabitata) raggiungibile solo da un sentiero sterrato non percorribile con la macchina. Sarebbe opportuno informare gli ospiti già nell'annuncio principale. La scala di accesso all'appartamento sembra attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione.

Le logement est propre et moderne. Il est bien placé et bien équipé. Le coin est calme. Arrivée autonome qui s’est bien déroulée. Une hôte disponible si besoin.

Séjour au calme et proche du centre

Très agréable surprise et séjour chez Anne-Sophie. Nous qui sommes très sensible au qualité de matelas, avons dormi profondément et sommes bien reposés ce matin. Le logement est très spacieux et propre (seb comprise). Il est idéalement situé et très bien isolé phonétiquement. Des places de parking gratuites sont accessibles sur le boulevard non loin à environ 200m du logement. Si une prochaine vite de Bourges se prévoit, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’appartement était propre, chauffé et agréable. À notre arrivée nous avions juste à nous installer. L’hôte est très agréable et arrangeante. Sur place le linge de lit ainsi que de bain sont disponibles. Il y a au pied du lit une télé connectée (Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Prime vidéo,… vous avez juste à vous connecter)

Poco agradable.

Era super complicado encontrar el número de la casa donde estaba el estudio, era un callejon qué apenas tenia luz. Lo peor es que los anfitriones nos estaban viendo y no fueron capaces de salir de su salón para ayudarnos. Tengo que añadir que pasamos un frio horroroso, encendió la calefacción cuando nos vio llegar y la apagó antes de irnos a la cama. Imposible ir al baño, era como estar en Siberia.
