We did leave the house a day sooner as planned couse of the bad weather. We like to walk, but the way to the center is for walking no fun. The appartement is fine, but no possibility to sit outside.

Toutes les instructions nous ont été fournies le jour de notre départ par SMS avec photos sur la manière d'accéder à l'appartement. A priori, cet immeuble comporte 2 appartements en façade et 2 à l'arrière. Des garages fermés auxquels on n'a pas accès sont au rez-de-chaussée. En revanche, sur les 2 places extérieurs devant les portes de garage en façade, une est réservée pour le locataire. C'est une très bonne chose. Nous étions à environ 2,6 km du centre historique. Un bon point. Si Bourges paraît être totalement endormie (et pourtant, ce n'était pas les vacances scolaires), nous avons été étonnés du peu de promeneurs et de chalands qui arpentent la ville et donc, d'une disponibilité de parkings (payants) dans toute la ville : côté agréable. D'un autre côté, nous avons pu faire de belles visites (cathédrale, crypte, palais J. Coeur etc.) sans être bousculés. A une cinquantaine de km le seul point qu'on a trouvé superbe, c'est le parc floral à Apremont-sur-Allier. Bref ... Côté commerce, un Lidl et Auchan sont situés à environ 1 km de l'appartement. Revenons à ce dernier. Une fois qu'on a poussé la porte d'entrée qui se trouve à quelques marches pour accéder au 1er, au premier coup d'oeil, on perçoit la propreté, l'agencement, la décoration des pièces à vivre. Une entrée qui donne sur un salon avec box internet et TV 55 pouces, SAM, petite cuisine ouverte à gauche et à droite, une belle salle d'eau avec machine à laver, à sécher, double vasque, douche avec plusieurs points de jets ... le tout carrelé et très propre. On a à sa disposition, tout le linge pour le séjour. La chambre comporte une petite table bureau où on peut "travailler", écrire éventuellement. Elle est spacieuse et il y a un petit dressing ouvert dans la chambre pour ranger ses propres affaires. Côté cuisine, il ne manque rien en ustensiles. Une machine à laver la vaisselle, un four à micro-ondes, un frigo ... bref ... Chauffage et eau chaude par chaudière au gaz dans un placard mural. Rien à dire. Côté SAM la table est suffisamment grande pour recevoir 6 personnes. Le canapé méridienne se transforme facilement en un lit double très ferme et agréable pour dormir. Si les visites touristiques dépendent du goût de chacun, il est agréable d'avoir pour le prix payé, un tel appartement où on trouve facilement ses aises, même si on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps. J'invite donc ceux qui viennent sur Bourges de faire la même expérience que nous.
