Nice and modern apartment suited us for our one night stay. Would recommend

Clean and modern apartment Ideally situated for town

Slight smell of smoke in bedroom Toilet was across the other side of apartment from bedroom and bathroom. Had a knock on the window about 11.30pm from local police asking if it was us parked badly outside (which is wasn’t as we parked in town) no apology!

Excellent location. Quiet street.

Sadly the same comments have been made for over a year now and no action taken. Toilet door handle falls off when you try to close the door. No curtains in bedroom or kitchen. Door to garden wasn’t locked on arrival and very difficult to lock. Big shower head doesn’t work. Bedding doesn’t fit the bed and so comes off in the night - leaving you sleeping on an uncomfortable plastic sheet. Light still flickers. Garden not tended to at all - dirty ashtray - full of weeds and a lot of mice droppings! Struggled to find somewhere to park the bike, so would be even harder if you are arriving by car. Perhaps let people know where parking is available nearby. No response from host when asked about parking prior to arrival.

Appartment with walking distance to city centre

It’s a nicely renovated appartment with one big living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and one bedroom. There are a few parking spaces outside the apartment, or else you can find spots in the neighbourhood. The Greek restaurant on the street has nice food, but secure a table ( take away is possible). The appartment is located centrally with walking distance to city centre and to the beautiful church. It was a great place to explore the city for one night.

A few thing needs attention: The door handle to the toilet needs to be fixed. The door to the shower can’t be closed. The bedding is not fitted to the mattress and it’s uncomfortable to sleep on waterproof bed sheets. We missed blinders in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen. Easy to fix:), no major things.

Modern, cosy little property in Annecy

Lovely little property perfectly located in Annecy. 5mins walk to the old town, 5mins to the lake, lots of cycle hire nearby and lots of shops and bakeries for breakfast. The property was perhaps a little small for a family of 4 but would have been perfect for a couple. It has everything you need and modern.

The freezer compartment should not have been frozen over and just needed defrosted, It is not easy to park and unload. We parked at Hotel de Ville a 10mins walk away.

Nice apartment in good location.

Extremely comfortable and warm apartment. Very modern in a nice quiet location. We were lucky to get a parking space nearby.

Limited cooking utensils such as wooden spoons. No dishcloths or washing up liquid for us to use. Toilet is in the dining area not too near the bedroom or bathroom. Perhaps this is the modern setup in French renovated properties ?

Better than a hotel if staying a few days

The location, the fully-equipped kitchen (usefull for a few days stay) and the vibrating lounge chair.

The large ground-floor window where everyone who wanted could look into the living-room, the noise in the building (neighbours and in the hallway, good thing I had earplugs) and the bed very very soft.

De très belles prestations avec des matériaux de qualité , logement soigné avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Hôte agréable et chaleureuse. Très bon relationnel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Le parking situé près de la maison était bondé lorsque nous y étions.

L'emplacement, la diversité des équipements, le volume de l'appartement, sa décoration, le coin détente extérieur.

Petit bémol sur le vasque qui manque de stabilité. Cela ne gâche en rien l'expérience, cet appartement est très agréable, et un guide de bienvenue vous donnera toutes les informations pour connaître les zones à visiter, les restaurants, etc.

*bel appartement, très agreable a vivre, belle surface, notre fils a apprécié le canapé massant😀 *Parfait tout est conforme, bel appartement et très bien équipé(nous avons juste eu besoin d'y dormir donc pas essayé le four,micro-ondes ou frigo, lave vaisselle ou machine à laver) *La chambre donne sur une petite cour avec terrasse super agréable. *Sdb pratique avec petite fenêtre Merci à vous!
