L’appartement est propre de style contemporain.
La chaleur dans l’appartement en été (au 3eme étage sous les toits), malgré le ventilateur présent. La télé est présente, mais le décodeur ne fonctionnait pas. Je n’ai pas réussi à connecter mes appareils dessus. Le canapé pas très confortable.

Appartement propre et bien équipé.
Le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble était salle, forte odeur de tabac dans les escaliers menant à l'appartement. Les appartements possédant un plancher, on entend les voisins lorsqu'ils marchent. Réveillé à 7h par le voisin du dessus.
