Luxury on the square, great host

Immaculate property, luxury finish, extremely comfortable beds, quiet and has a nesspresso machine. Great location, on a really lively square with bars, music and a lovely play park for the kids yet really quiet in the flat.

Had to walk through a building site to access the property but I guess that why it was so cheap! There should be decent lighting in the stairway and courtyard because it wasn’t safe with the kids in the dark! Luckily I had a torch with my phone. Despite this issue the flat was great. The TV didn’t work, I was warned of this but told that Netflix and Disney did work, however, they didn’t.

Agréable surprise

Appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos, neuf, moderne et de standing. Très bon rapport qualité prix, spacieux avec de beaux volumes, literie très confortable, central avec une vue imprenable et sans vis à vis. Le système de clés est parfaitement opérationnel et la conciergerie est très réactive à apporter les réponses aux questions posées.

Il manque un WC à l’étage. Ce qui oblige la nuit à descendre pour aller au WC, ce qui est peu confortable. Les bruits des ventilos de la chambre froide du café des Beaux Arts font énormément de bruit qui résonne dans la chambre juste au-dessus.

Appartement magnifique et emplacement parfait

Appartement magnifique, très bien placé, très bien équipé et très propre. La literie est excellente. Les douches grandes et lumineuses. Les explications de la conciergerie très claires. Idéal pour visiter toute la ville (et même les marais) à pied.

Le restaurant en bas de l'immeuble a mis sa musique très très fort pour notre première soirée (nous étions samedi). Impossible de dormir. Les autres nuits ont été très calmes. L'accès par l'escalier avec les travaux n'est pas simple.

Une belle nuit dans le centre historique de Bourges

Un très bel appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est particulièrement confortable, et l’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Bourges. Les parkings recommandés par l’hôte sont proches et faciles d’accès. Nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable.

La température à notre arrivée était un peu fraîche. Il n’y avait pas de matériel pour les enfants (comme un réhausseur), ce qui était indiqué, même si un petit équipement de ce type aurait été un vrai plus.

Bel appartement et bien agencé

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Très bon emplacement également, nous avons eu de la chance de trouver une place de parking pas très loin. L'appartement était très propre, mais vous avez oublié de nettoyer la ventilation de la cuisine.

Nous avons eu chaud dans la nuit, il serait bon de mettre la clim ou au moins des ventilateurs.

Très belle rénovation d’un appartement ancien en cœur de ville. La décoration est cosy et chaleureuse. La literie est excellente. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent aussi.. j’imagine jusqu’à la fin des travaux de l’îlot d’immeubles….

Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à nous garer un jeudi soir à proximité.Nous étions donc éloignés de l’appartement. Il n’y a jamais de théière à disposition dans les locations or nous buvons du thé en vrac. C’est dommage et cela pourrait être un point d’amélioration !

Qualité des équipements exceptionnels: très bonne l'intérieur, spacieuse et très agréable. Les enfants ont apprécié la tv et les tapis très.doux Petites attentions agreables: café et thé, serviettes et savon.

Des travaux qui ont empêchés la sieste de la veille, et bruits sourds qui tapent dès tôt le matin. Il aurait fallu le préciser. Très chaud dans les chambres. Il faut choisir entre le bruit sur la place et l ouverture des veluxs. Pas de WC à côté des chambres

Logement exceptionnel quand à son emplacement en centre ville et parfaitement équipé.

Logement trés spacieux, bien lumineux, parfaitement équipé avec des liveries trés confortables.

Pendant notre séjour le wifi et la télévision n'ont pas fonctionnés correctement mais/et le concierge nous en avait informé quelques heures avant notre arrivée.

Parfait pour découvrir Bourges

L’appartement est très spacieux, comfortable et moderne. Tout est propre et bien équipé. La communication avec le concierge facile et rapide. L’emplacement est parfait pour explorer la vielle ville et les attractions principales.

L’escalier et le passage extérieur qui connecte l’appartement et la porte de l’immeuble ne sont pas actuellement éclairés la nuit. Il faut une lampe. Internet n’est pas très rapide.

Magnifique appartement mais accès encore en cours d'achèvement !

Superbe appartement en duplex (+1 et +2), état neuf, très spacieux et remarquablement bien équipé. Localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville mais la place Cujas est animée et bruyante la nuit. Ne pas compter sur des places de parking dans les rues voisines mais plusieurs parkings publics (payants) à proximité. Description précise du bien et de son contenu par une vidéo très complète.

L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un couloir (propre et éclairé) donnant sur une petite cour en chantier et un escalier en bois (sale et sans éclairage) plutôt dangereux dès la nuit tombée. Le bien a manifestement été mis en location avant l'achèvement complet de son accès. Aucun contact physique lors de l'accueil, rationnel mais très impersonnel. Les chambres sont situées sous toiture et non climatisées (des ventilateurs sur pied étaient fournis mais un peu bruyants).

Super séjour dans un logement confortable.

Emplacement dans le coeur historique de la ville. Appartement entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, globalement haut de gamme. Calme malgré les travaux au marteau piqueur dans l'immeuble d'à côté, ce qui montre une isolation acoustique performante. Propreté impeccable, volumes confortables.
