We can walk the stairs, but we would like to have known that we were sleeping on the 2nd floor. But that is all.

Great location, friendly staff

Loved that it was so original, and that we could sit and have breakfast in our room. It was great to have the kitchen facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and their recommendation for dinner was spot on.

Two flights of stairs to get to our room, even though the staff helped with out bags. The floor was very uneven in our room, so you had to be a bit careful.

Great location near the cathedral.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. We were not told about the three flights of stairs that we had to climb, not easy as we are in our eighties. The cost of car parking was exorbitant. The Staff were very welcoming.

Staying in such an old building (we marvelled at the exposed beams) was wonderful and it was authentically renovated - comfortable and full of character in a great location.

A very characterful place to stay, comfortable and quiet . It is right in the centre from where you can enjoy wandering the streets of the old town and visit the magnificent cathedral. Fabulous breakfast.

Super Rustic Stay - too Rustic for us

Well located in the town. They don’t tell you the grass area in the pics is out of bounds till you have booked.

The building is very run down, and really not fit for purpose. Our windows did not open, the bathroom was too small with no privacy, the door lock was a bit of a lottery to open and close. Yes it’s a old building but it does feel like it’s about to fall down. Some of the alterations don’t look professionally done.

Incontournable dans la ville

J'ai eu un surclassement du logement. J'ai donc été dans la chambre "Colonel". Certes, je n'ai passé qu'une nuit en raison d' un petit circuit pour mon weekend. Seul, j'ai été TRES bien reçu. Ce n'est pas le cas partout pour 1 nuitée. Les lieux sont imprégnés d'histoire, n'ont pas été dénaturés et méritent le détour. Une visite gratuite est organisée en fin de matinée. Je n'ai pas pu y participer car il fallait que je reparte. En tout cas, une chose à ne pas manquer. La chambre était spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. C'est bien pour cela que l on vient ici. Les lieux, le cadre, surréaliste pour un centre-ville, vous obligent à vous poser et à vous recentrer sur vous... Si bien qu'un peu reposé dans votre chambre/de votre voyage en voiture, vous regagnez rapidement l énergie nécessaire pour visiter la ville. Je pense que ce lieu est idéal pour des séminaires mais aussi pour les familles aux enfants respectueux et envieux de découvrir l' histoire (à partir de 6 / 7 ans). C'est presque un passage obligé. C'est avec plaisir que je reviendrai ici. Merci.

Schönes, altes Anwesen mitten in Bourges. Leider ist die Qualität der Instandsetzung nicht durchgängig perfekt. ( gebrochene und lose Bodenfliesen) Das Personal ist allerdings äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

20€/ Tag für einen Parkplatz in einem recht engen Innenhof ist doch einigermaßen verwegen!

Le bâtiment est beau, les chambres sont vraiment anciennes, les escaliers tordus, c’est charmant mais pas propre du tout ! Wc sales, idem pour la vaisselle, douche cassée ( les portes ne peuvent se fermer)…. Le prix est donc excessif contenu de ces manquements Pour une nuit, c’est ok car très bien situé

Ancien hôtel particulier aménagé avec goût, bien situé dans l'hyper centre de Bourges. Notre chambre était confortable et calme avec un espace kitchenette. Le panier petit-déjeuner livré dans la chambre était excellent.
