The room was very clean and the street was quiet. In fact, didn’t see or hear anyone in the time I was there.
The shared shower room was spotless, with nice fixtures and toiletries provided.
Although small, my single bed was comfortable and a spare throw was appreciated.
There is a convenient Co-Op on the corner for breakfast pastries.
The bedroom was a little cold as the central heating was off but the hosts had provided a fan heater so it soon warmed up.

Room is too small and easily get noisy when fellow guest arrives.
Hallway is smelling and dirty. Room can be accommodated but very congested.
