Great location. Quieter than I had expected. Lovely and clean throughout. Great value
The blinds in both the lounge and bedroom could do with renewing. Blackout curtains would definitely be a big improvement in the bedroom.

Location was perfect for what we had come to Poole for. Quiet apartment at the back of the building. Nice to have parking place for the apartment.
Where was the microwave ? We had asked if there was one and the host had replied yes. Sadly there wasn’t one which seems madness in today’s day and age. Our meal planning went out of the window as we use microwave a great deal as opposed to large oven and hob. I was surprised there was no freezer section in the fridge too.would have been useful to refreeze iceblocks that we had brought down with us..in the warm weather .

Clean, well presented. And although there were some issues, the hosts were responsive and helpful.
Access (up an external fire escape type staircase) was not easy for someone of limited mobility. This should have been made clear. I don’t think that an electric kettle is what was described as a tea and coffee machine. No electricity on arrival. Was quickly rectified after a phone call.
