Great location, clean and tidy, good communication

Street outside a bit noisy but acknowledge it is a high street

Great stay, great location, comfy bed and like how it was in loft, bright with open windows for ventilation.

Just a few little things could make it better - In bathroom - hooks behind door or wall to hang towels and a little shelf to put your toiletries bag and items on. Kitchen - coffee maker either filter or capsule one.

Very convenient location near M2, M1, 15 and 18 bus routes, so connections to centre of Poole, centre of Bournemouth, Broadstone, Bournemouth Hospital and Bournemouth University.

It is aptly named The Loft. There are 35 steps up, so would be less suitable for people with mobility challenges.

- The bed sheets smelt fresh - comfortable bed

- Smells very damp immediately upon opening front door - very noisy location from traffic that persists throughout the night - carpeted stairs not hoovered or kept clean - damp patches in accommodation - cracks in walls - poor quality furnishings - seemingly no hot water in the kitchen - dirty cook wear - no proper blinds/curtains to block out the light - no hair dryer - seemingly no parking and no response when messaged
