The mattress of sofa bed was not comfortable.

How clean and tidy it was on arrival with all the cutlery, bedding and comforts you could possibly need and more. Also the complimentary beers were a nice touch

Location was fantastic, we had our dog with us and theres loads of lovely places to walk nearby and quick to get into central Bournemouth. The kitchen had even more essentials than we thought it would which is great, we were able to cook a really great meal! Anna was attentive and quick to reply to any queries. 10/10 experience!
