What wasn’t to like:- Good location, off street parking, lovely presented apartment. Great facilities, comfy bed and large pull out in lounge area if needed.

It was neat and compact, with everything you needed. It was very clean on arrival and great to have off street parking, easily accessible to all the local attractions. The owner was very helpful and responded and answered any questions promptly and helpfully.

As the bedroom and lounge windows looked out directly into the drive a pathway, maybe some net curtains or slatted blind would be better to allow light in during the day but still off a little privacy. Also the gallery shows photos of the view from the garden, but this is not obviously accessible - although when I asked the owner he said he was happy for us to use the garden - it did however feel like to do that we would be entering the owners private space.

Disappointing

All mugs were stained except two that were either chipped or cracked. Kitchen utensils grubby, used green washing up sponge supplied, spare duvet stained and sideboard tatty and cluttered with stuff. Space has potential to be so much better. A larger bed would be great and a chair in the bedroom too. Shower room was brilliant though!

Great place with everything you need.

A fabulous and spacious apartment with absolutely everything needed and more. We were here for one night as we were catching a ferry in the morning. It is only a very short (6 min) drive to the port. Highly recommend and will use again . Thank you.

Stay in outskirts of Poole

Great location for south coast, great range of cooking utensils and comfy soda and bed. You could happily and comfortably live there for 2 weeks. Clean and pleasant only a few mins to poole and a few mins more to Bournemouth or jurassic coast.

If you wish to stay near Poole, this is the place.

Arriving at the outside of the immaculate property was a great start. Opening the door and viewing the living room confirmed the high standards. We stay in many holiday properties each year and we were stunned by the fantastic level of items available. Undoubtedly, the best ever. The owners appeared to have thought of every possible thing a guest might need. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and stress-free stay for a single traveller

Perfect location for my work, the property itself was well set out, spotless and very comfortable. Very easy parking is also available, right outside the front of the property. It had everything I needed, including a welcome from a little Siamese cat! Thank you for an excellent stay.

We were taking part in a tenpin bowling tournament, and coming back to this place was such a lovely place to chill out.

It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful apartment, all facilities you could imagine. Everything top of the range, can’t find any faults, and we are very picky. The owners were so helpful and friendly.

Having to leave, and regretting we didn’t book a second night.

Overnight stay before ferry

Stayed for 1 night before catching ferry to Jersey. Location is amazing, really easy to find and literally a 5 minutte drive to Poole harbour. Great to be able to park the car on the drive right outside the lounge window. Super clean and comfortable, has hob microwave and air fryer for use but we decided on a Chinese take away from Jade Gardens which was lovely. Will be recommending to friends

Just what I needed.

Comfortable and well equipped Perfect for an overnight stop.

A lot of Jnformation in folder was 2 years out of date, so prices/times etc not much use. A good area map available, but a more detailed local area (street?) map would be a useful addition. A few (tea/coffee) stained teaspoons in the drawer were a minor blemish on an otherwise first class option.

Well equipped dog friendly stay near Poole ferry port

Easily found and driveway parking. Lovely contemporary 1-bed, well equipped with everything you need for a stay including some milk in the fridge on arrival. Loved the retro videos! Just 5 mins from the ferry port, and walking distance to a Co-op and Cobbs Quay bar and restaurant. Poole Old Town, the Quay and a big Asda 8 mins drive. Lovely dog walks locally around Holes Bay, Bluebell Community woods with Upton House country park 10 mins drive. James made everything easy.

It was good for a short stay as long as you don't want outside space.

Apartment in a residential street. No view of harbour from apartment. The apartments was comfortable and very clean and had everything you would need. It was easy to gain access and parking is good.

It was cold in the evening and the heating wouldn't come on. The heating came on automatically in the morning and it was then warm and cosy.

A little gem

First time I've stayed in a private hosted place but have to stay it was amazing. I felt safe and the accommodation was perfect. The only little niggle I had was that I was cold but that's probably an age thing.

No wardrobe or draws to put things and the hooks were not enough. No way of heating the room when we can in late and woke early.

We had a great mini break and I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

The property was clean and very much as described on this website It has a good level of kitchen equipment and a comfy bed and pillows. The property was warm. There was tea, coffee and fresh milk. Parking was easy. It was a half hour walk from Poole Quay and a short walk to a friendly coffee shop in the nearby marina. On the whole it was a quiet location and, as you expect on any residential road, you could hear the odd car drive past but this was not obtrusive for us.
