Hill Lodge is set in an enviable location, just 10 minutes from Poole Harbour and within half an hour of some of the finest beaches in Europe. It is set on the edge of the Isle of Purbeck: “A place apart where beauty and adventure come to life”

The holiday let property is the annexe to our main home, with it's own entrance. It is fully self-contained and featured 3 generous sized double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is accessible and has an ensuite wetroom, suitable for wheelchair users and those with mobility considerations. One of the upstairs rooms can be set as a twin room.

The property also contains a fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining area and lounge, with a delightful log burner.

Guests have exclusive use of the secluded peaceful front garden with feature pond, external dining and bbq facilities.

We stayed at the lodge with my elderly parents, who both have mobility issues. Its a highly accessible property all round. The ground floor bedroom has an excellent sized wet room & the bed has a rising mattress on one side which was very handy for my Father. Becky is a great host, meeting us on arrival & leaving us a welcome gift of homemade cakes & a lovely bottle of wine. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside. We would definitely loke to visit again

We had a lovely weekend celebrating a family birthday. The property was just perfect. We had an elderly family member with us in a wheelchair and the facilities were everything we needed. Becky kindly arranged for a raised toilet seat and a shower chair which certainly helped and made things so much easier. Becky’s communications prior to our arrival was so helpful and we were made very well welcome on arrival. The additional treats left for us certainly helped us continue our celebration weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and we hope yo be able to return in the near future. Perfect in terms of travelling to Poole, Bournemouth and other Dorset towns. Thank you so much

This was a beautiful property with a very spacious ensuite, accessible bedroom, perfect for guests with limited mobility. As 5 adults, we found the living/dining area and beautiful garden more than adequate. The wooden floors were great for our small dog, although we failed to realise that the garden was not enclosed, so had to organise a long lead. Our hosts were friendly and were generous with welcome gifts, meaning we could have a cup of tea and donut on arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped and our hosts dealt with a couple of maintenance issues promptly. A lovely place to stay, with many places of interest a short car journey away.

We recently stayed at Becky and Paul’s property and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped—perfectly suited for wheelchair users or those with accessibility needs.The outdoor space was beautiful and ideal for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ. The en-suite was particularly impressive, and the location is excellent—just a short drive to Poole Harbour and Sandbanks Beach.Becky and Paul were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. Thanks to Becky for the easy communication and thanks for sharing your lovely property.

Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!

From our experience of renting cottages, we feel that the bedrooms were comfortable & spacious. However the living accommodation was too small for 6 adults, the dishwasher was very poor & the pots & pans were certainly inadequate to cater for 6. The above points did not overly impact our stay and Becky & Paul were excellent hosts. We had a lovely weekend

This property was absolutely fantastic. It had everything you needed plus more, to have a great stay. Its in a great location. Very clean, we were shown around and told we only need to knock next door if we had any problems. We didnt. Bueatiful space outside with tables and chairs and a lovely fish pond. We made use of their games on our last night. Which had us all in stitches. We get together for a long weekend every year. We have beeb using Vrbo since we started doing this in 2018. We have never been disappointed.We have travelled all over england so far. All five of us would like to say a big thank you for allowing us to rent your lovey property for the weekend. The property was excellent for all our needs, especially my disabled sister. The bedrooms are large & airy and all having on suite bathrooms is a bonus. It was perfect for a relaxing break for three elderly sisters with only a short drive into Poole. Would recommend especially for someone that has special disabled needs. Owners were very caring and helpful.

Fabulous place, close to lots of lovely places to explore. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for my elderly mum. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming and the property was well placed for visits along the south coast around poole and bournemouth. The facilities for a wheelchair user within the property were excellent and included a wheelchair lift for the change in level between the lounge/kitchen and the bedroom. The main bedroom had a spacious en-suite wet room. We spent a good deal of our time in the beautiful garden as the weather was so lovely

Wonderful property, very cosy and comfortable, we were made to feel very welcome with lovely addition touches such as wine, flowers, milk and fresh scones with cream. Despite the awful weather the house was lovely and comfy with everything we need to a relaxing weekend. We hope to return one day!

A very warm welcome on Arrival from Becky and Paul . lovely lemon muffins milk wine and flowers on table. Plenty of room for 5 Adults and 2 dogs the pictures do not do it justice. Very well equipped 😍 Rented for 3 nights over New Year Will be back for a long weekend with grandchildren in the very near future.

This property gave us way more than we originally expected.. The pictures online do not do it justice. From crisp cotton sheets on huge comfortable beds to the lovely welcome gift of fresh flowers, tasty sweet mince pies with buttery crusty pastry and a bottle of wine...just perfect! The owners were so welcoming and we were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived to the day we said a reluctant goodbye! Really wish we could have stayed longer... But we will definately be back! Loved it!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Becky and Paul were wonderful hosts and did everything possible to help us to enjoy our stay. Including complimentary scones and jam, bottle of wine and flowers. The property is very well equipped and very clean. As I am disabled the facilties were exactly what i was looking for which helped my enjoyment emencely. Although set in a very quiet location it is not very far from all the local attractions and Becky and Paul were able to give us any directions that we wanted. My husband is poorly at the moment and had just had some bad news before we came . However, the property and location was exactly what we needed and helped us to enjoy our break. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family and hopefully we will definitely be back again. Thank you.

Having spent the past 2 weeks at the property, my wife, my mum and my disabled dad and I found the property to be well equipped for our stay. We were greeted by the owners who gave us a tour of the property. There were also a bottle of wine and scones waiting for us. Nothing was too much trouble and we were asked each time we saw them if everything was ok, which, of course, it was. Thank you for a lovely stay
