Comfortable, clean well equipped van. A good location, within easy reach of all facilities. Secure balcony area for our dog and space to enjoy the shade. Additional picnic table with cushions was moved around to make use of the evening sun.
Great communication from owner made the whole experience very relaxing.
The free WiFi didn't work, but that didn't spoil our holiday.
Slightly smell from the commercial bins behind the main haven commercial area, but it has been hot, and that wasnt a permanent issue

Laurie was so helpful, she went above and beyond for us by sourcing a travel cot for our toddler and providing a fan with the hot weather we encountered for the time of our visit.
The shower and master bedroom was a decent size, there was a cute little picnic bench in the shade of the trees. There was a hob, oven, microwave and air fryer.
Thanks so much Laurie!
Decor was a bit dated, but not really a big deal when the caravan is just your base to go out and experience the gorgeous views and beaches Dorset has to offer.

Good instructions, easy to find. Caravan in perfect location on site. Great base for days out in the area.

Spacious double bedroom, travel cot available on request, good location quiet close to amenities
Had to clean on arrival, Didnt look like it had been cleaned, dust under the beds, dust and grease on the extractor fan, freezer frosted up, maybe because it was near the end of season, advertises infinity pool on the booking, not applicable only pools are to be booked with haven
