I was away for work, great place, the room was large and bright with a small kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Parking was available at the front of the house. All in all I had a very comfortable stay with everything I needed. I actually tried to book for the next week but unfortunately it was booked.

Parking off road, flexible check in and good wifi, fridge, fan available. Host was friendly, tea, coffee and kettle with microwave in the room. Fridge was very handy, especially in the summer but freezer wasn't too reliable as ice packs took nearly 2 days to fully freeze.
The location is on a busy road so traffic noise is not great. The kitchenette and bathroom are tiny as in, you can barely set foot in either one. The bed was very soft and a double which again we found very small for 2 adults. You may just be able to turn around in the shower and it was ok for 2 nights but not recommended for longer and for couples who aren't so familiar with each other... There's limited privacy in this room! Location is good if you have a car.
