The room exceeded our expectations, it was very comfortable and well equipped with extras provided by Tracy the host making the difference. The location was close to Poole centre/harbour for boat trips as well as pubs and shops, not too far from Sandbanks and Bournemouth. We both really enjoyed our stay and would recommend accommodation

Tracy has great little bolt hole in Poole, beautifully laid out and spotlessly clean providing all the necessary provisions for a short stay. The outside rear space was fantastic for alfresco breakfasts on a morning. This was quality accommodation at very affordable prices we will certainly be back. Had the pleasure of meeting Tracy on the second morning of our stay she was a lovely lady suitably laid back which instantly put us at ease when talking to her, with her great can do attitude to her guests. Thank you Tracy

everything and everywhere was spotless, had everything you would need plus more, inc milk, bread, tea, coffee, selection jams, loved the outside seating area especially in morning for breakfast in the sun me and my wife loved it

This self contained apartment was a little gem. spotlessly clean, Top quality bed and bedding. Plenty of cupboard and hanging space, Fridge, kettle for tea and coffee making along with bread, toaster, cereals, milk and water. lovely toilet and bathroom with walk in shower. side door leading out to a nice patio with seating and table. Quiet location with access to a drive. Stayed for 2 nights in July, Lovely host so definitely 5*****. Look forward to booking again.
