Good location for Poole and welcoming hosts
Just what we needed to get our heads down before an early start
The mattress was firmer than we are used to and might have been designed for orthopedic relief - so nothing wrong with it, just firmer than normal

Booked in for two nights but felt unable to stay for second.
The bed was comfortable. The house was located in the middle of a very large housing estate with erratic numbering. Difficult to find the house in the dark.
TV was Roku streamed and no programmes could be accessed. Flashing light on ceiling (? Fire alarm) was disconcerting in the dark. Only one bedside light, with central light switch by bedroom door. No drinking water available except water from bathroom which presumably comes from tank in loft. Bathroom was a mixture of very old and some upgrading. We felt uncomfortable about using the bath or shower.

We did not want aTV but the TV in the room did not work. Also the bedside light did not work.

The smell was appalling when entering the property, 4 bed rooms to let all shearing one bathroom. The bed was not up to standard had to sleep on the duvet to get some comfort, the pillars were like a rock, No locks on bedroom doors anyone could enter during the night or during the day when you were out, The duvet was winter thickness for somer every ware dirty Theie was a dog on the premises which was supposed to be NO PETS ALLOWED Had to park on the pavement. We booked and paid for 2 nights only stayed one night and only stayed that night because it was to late to find something else

Clean and comfy
It was where we needed to be. We only really went to sleep but the bed was comfy, the room clean, the tea and coffee with biscuits. The people were friendly. Good value if you just need somewhere to sleep that is clean and comfy.
No plug for bath, shower was fine.

I loved my stay in the lovely Family home in Poole. My hosts were so helpful & friendly. My double room was clean & had everything I needed & a comfortable bed. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Poole again. Thanks for your great hospitality I had a super weekend there.
