Non-functional

The room had a decent space and the staff were friendly

We had so many issues during our stay and none of them ever got resolved. We stayed for 4 days and out of those 4 only 2 did we have running water and only 1 of those days was the water hot. We had no functioning light after the first night of our stay. The room was never cleaned and there was no bin available in the room itself. I highlighted all these issues to the property which I always received a response but unfortunately none of the issues were ever resolved. The water pressure was also absolutely atrocious, the one day I was there and wanted to wash my hair I had to do it in the sink

Diminuto y sin luz

Nada, no había luz y sobrevendieron mi cuarto.

Que no había luz, sobrevendieron mi cuarto y el personal que debía ayudarme fue bien grosero. Cuando llegué había dos personas durmiendo en mi cama, luego tardaron una hora en limpiar otra habitación, para que tuviera al menos un lugar donde llegar, y ya que estaba a punto de salir a hacer mis cosas, me dijeron que si me podía cambiar al cuarto original. ¿ya dije que no había luz? Me quedé tres noches y dos no hubo luz. Tuve que cargar en un café.

結論から言うと、このホテルに泊まる事はオススメしないですし、メキシコで泊まったホテルの中で最も酷いホテルでした。死者の日に訪問し、空いているホテルが少ないこと、予約した時点では口コミ数が少ないものの悪い評価が少なかったことから取りました。しかし、宿泊が近づくにつれて悪い口コミが増えており、結果としてはそれが的中しました... 色々挙げたらキリがないですが、気になった点を挙げると下記になります。・スタッフが常駐していないため、何かあってもすぐに対応してもらえない。(メッセージでやり取りは可能だが、レスポンスは早くない) ・中心街からそれ程遠くはないものの、急な坂を登る必要がある。また、夜は人通りが少ないため、歩いて帰るには不安を感じる。・シャワールームが狭く、普通に浴びるにしても、トイレが水浸しになってしまう。お湯も出にくく、水圧も良いため、身体が洗いにくい。・壁が薄くて他の宿泊客の音が響く。(ホテルのせいではないが)同じタイミングで宿泊していた別の部屋の人が、奇声をたまに上げており、かなり声が響いた。・連泊した時のハウスキーピングで、ゴミ捨てしか行われない。・チェックイン時に窓から空いていたが、窓が曲がっていたため自力では閉められなかった。(チェックイン時に掃除に来ていたスタッフにお願いし、工具を使って閉めてもらった)

Nos gustó la ubicación, todo estaba limpio y cómodo

Que los vecinos son ruidosos no respetan la hora de silencio y se sofoca un poco la habitación un ventilador extra o aire acondicionado hubieran sido un plus total

Geen aanrader, erg slecht verblijf.

Locatie was goed en host Frida was super vriendelijk.

De lakens waren vies bij aankomst, het water viel meermaals per dag uit, je moest soms drie keer het toilet doorspoelen voor resultaat, douche was oncomfortabel, er kwam bijna geen water uit. Het was gehorig, internet deed het matig, je moest het raam open doen in de nacht omdat het anders te warm was waarbij je dus bijna op straat sliep met een eerste verdieping en alle geluiden. Kamer was erg ongezellig met tl verlichting. Sommige kamers hadden geen raam waarbij het dus onmogelijk was om de kamer te koelen. Toen we vroegen om onze bagage te storen was dit in eerste instantie niet mogelijk en werd er ook geen alternatief geboden. Uiteindelijk via Frida kunnen regelen dat we de bagage konden storen.

Lástima de instalaciones.

Muy mala experiencia. Las instrucciones para apertura del alojamiento no fueron precisas ni claras. Tarde más de 2 horas en recibir instrucciones que correspondían a la apertura de cerrojos. No hubo atención personalizada para resolver mi problema. Sábanas sucias, con cabellos. Perece que no tuvieron el detalle de cambiarla. Cubierta de cama con polvo como si tuvieran días de no cambiar. Ni siquiera tuvieron vasos disponibles para tomar agua del dispensador.

Lugar agradable, comodo, indicaciones claras y sencillas para ingresar al alojamiento. Limpio todo y con lo necesario para un buen descanso. Gracias.

Un poco difícil de llegar debido a que las calles son poco conocidas y se confunden con otras del mismo nombre en Oaxaca.

NUNCA DI CION EL DOMICILIO, ESTUVE HABLANDO PARA QUE ME ORIENTARAN Y NO OBTUVE RESPUESTA. FUE UNA DECEPCIÓN. TUVE QUE HOSPEDARME EN UN HOTEL MUY MALO EN EL CENTRO PORQUE YA NO DISPONIA PARA EL HOSPEDAJE NADIE PUDO DARME DATOS DEL LUGAR NO LO CONOCIAN

Tiene lo básico

La cerradura para entrar al hotel es digital (de clave) falló las dos noches de mi estancia, por lo que al llegar de noche nos tocó esperar varios minutos afuera en lo que intentamos abrir, y dado que no es un barrio muy concurrido daba la sensación de peligrosidad. Tienen una llave maestra manual, de la cual no se informa en las instrucciones que proporciona el anfitrión, tuve que marcar y enviar mensaje a la plataforma en el momento de quedarme afuera de noche, lo cual fue muy incomodo y desagradable.
