Highly recommended! Lots of return visitors for good reason!

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious suites in an excellent location! The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. They and went out of their way to be of assistance and several staff spoke very good English which was appreciated by us minimal Spanish speakers.

Property was a little dated but well maintained and added to the charm. There is nothing negative to report.

Great Oaxaca Value

Having an apartment w kitchen was very usefu to cook our breakfasts. Roof patio lovely. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Excellent value.

Friendly stay in good location

The staff were lovely, the room was big and quiet. There was a fridge in the room (which I’ve come to realise after multiple stays in Mexico is not always the norm) and the building was secure. It’s a great location as it’s 2 blocks from the Main Street so very close and a safe walk (solo female traveller) and in between to oxxos but far enough so you don’t have so much foot fall and traffic noise. The rooftop is a nice place to chill in the sun or shade.

There is a note requesting we tip cleaners - which is absolutely fine but on day two they literally put the duvet over my bed (didn’t make the bed) and didn’t wash the glass and bowl I had used. I was assuming I tipped at the end of my stay so not sure if they did this because they didn’t see a daily tip but after that I decided not to tip at all because regardless, the cleaner should clean the room. Bathroom does have a slight damp smell but nothing offensive.

Definitely a great Location!

The staff were very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. Access to clean drinking water was beyond superb! The pillows on the bed were excellent and so comfy. I liked that I was on the second floor. The set up to eat was nice.

I was hoping that there would be a couch in the suite, but the suite was small. If there was a more plush comfy chair instead that would have been amazing. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but it also helped solve some of my back issues, so it isn't really an issue.

Amazing stay in Oaxaca!

Very well located in the city center. It has an amazing view from the terrace and worth seeing during sunset. The staff was very kind and helpful from booking taxis to shipping the sweater I forgot! The room was big and had everything for me to feel at home and comfortable.

we all really liked the location.

great location, close to many wonderful restaurants.

i spent 4 days here with my two adult sons. we didn’t cook but barely had enough coffee to make to make a single cup. we also found only cups for the 3 of us. I reported this to the front desk. when we returned, the staff came into our room and added a few more coffee cups. wasn’t too pleased with them coming into our unit without letting us know.

Hotel was a very comfortable and was able to walk anywhere

I love the fact that I walk to all the restaurants and to the center of Oaxaca.

The cover was a little uncomfortable, but I just folded down and everything was fine.

Great place to stay! Will be back soon, close to everything

Javier was really helpful, from early check in, to getting our shuttle to pick us up to the hotel for our tour to Juquila, he offered to get us a taxi to the airport, it was a nice surprise to see that the family studio had two bedrooms (didn't see it on the description) the coffee was amazing, so close to the Cathedral, so clean, definitely would stay there again, can't wait to go back.

Only two things that need improvement, but are not a big deal, we were in the family studio 4 people we would get only two towels a day, but they would bring it right away when asked, also you get a pitcher for water that you go outside and fill it up from a 5 gallon unsealed jug of water that anybody can tamper with, but they also have a water cooler all sealed up close to the front desk. So it's really not that important, overall it's really, really nice and inexpensive.

I liked the main floor corridor, and the helpfulness of the staff. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

My room felt very dark and gloomy. The bathroom was very small, and the water in the shower took a long time to heat up. In hindsight, I should have asked to be moved to another room, maybe upstairs.
