Good location for overnight stay.

Near the center city. Hotel was near the service shuttle company we needed to continue our travel.

No elevators. Most rooms are on second floor. Had to carry large luggage up the stairs.

Nice budget hotel in good location but be open minded as to what you get for your money.

The balcony was nice to open the doors, although traffic could be an issue at times. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Easy to walk into main centre places.

Shower / toilet was a bit cramped. Breakfast was very limited and coffee was poor quality.

In central Oaxaca. The included breakfast was quite good. Fairly economical.

The tiny room lacked ventilation - it got very stuffy with 4 people. The window faced into the open courtyard, so if we had it open, we could hear the other guests and it was a bit loud.

Not worth the price

The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast lady very nice

It's very noisy, there wasn't hot water in the shower nor drinking water provided. The worst : at 8am a staff person woke us up by knocking on all the doors, I guess to check if the rooms were occupied ? She even OPENED it before leaving ! You can find way better for way cheaper.

Sleepless in Oaxaca.

The hotel was comfortably close to the Zocalo in the el Centro.

We had to change the room after the first night due to the street noise and no hot (warm) water connection on the sink. Our exchange room as well as the original, had a non functional safe and despite an early complaint and acknowledgement was never attended to. As many others have noted, the water pressure, temperature, and regularity was severely inadequate and totally lacking on the morning of our departure. The beds and pillows were so bad that a good night's rest remained elusive during the four night stay that we reluctantly committed ourselves to. In retrospect this establishment should have been abandoned after the first night regardless of the waste of money incurred. Further, breakfast needed an apology for the deception rendered, and car parking inside the facilities added noise and fumes into the evening, as well as the early morning hours. It took three days of continual inquiry to secure an early taxi ride to the airport on the morning of our departure. I lost sleep over this. Finally, I'm embarrassed to say, the tiny tv never worked the whole time as well.

Great value for being so close to the action of the city. Hot water took a while up but did eventually. Clean and safe

How clean the washrooms were the food was excellent, super great service, such amazing and kind staff. Really recommend this hotel and I will for sure come back.

Great place for a stay in Oaxaca. Cheap price for a good room. Great location and only an 8 minute walk to Oaxaca Center

It offered free breakfast included in the price with the room and staff was very helpful.

Only bad thing was the shower head not throwing out any hot water. The water was cold.

Horrible experience!!

Just the location was close to everything.

The place was horrible. It’s a rundown hotel. We had a rat in our room, other guests were complaining about having rats in their room. No hot water, asked couple of times for their attention. At all times nobody was in the front desk. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Pretty basic, well maintained, but older, classic middle class budget accommodation

I booked this for the wrong night, but they nevertheless let me stay there without charging me more when i showed up. very kind. not a fancy place, but safe and fairly well maintained. popular with big groups of boisterous folks who like to gather at the tables in the common area: early and late, but not too crazy. pretty good location on the edge of the central scene.

Was a good Stay. The night clerck is not so friéndly.
