In the heart of Berlin, this beautifully furnished 110 sqm apartment awaits you with 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a balcony. Located in Berlin-Wedding, a vibrant district within Berlin-Mitte, both the City West and city center are easily accessible—just 150 m from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Wedding.
The bright apartment accommodates up to 8 guests. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are separately accessible, and both bathrooms offer comfortable rain showers.
The spacious living room features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, and access to a lovely balcony with breathtaking views over Berlin-Wedding. Entertainment includes a large flat-screen TV with Google Chromecast and a Sonos music speaker. A comfy sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space.
In the three bedrooms, you’ll find two queen-size box spring beds and one king-size bed. A digital guest tablet provides 24/7 access to useful information, local tips, sightseeing highlights, and nightlife recommendations.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Public parking (ticket required) is available right in front of the building. The apartment house also offers complimentary luggage storage and a laundry room with a washing machine.
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. Once the check-in is completed, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment along with other important information.
We also require a security deposit of €300. This amount will be reserved on your PayPal account or credit card, but not charged. It will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage-free check-out.
Please note that a legally required cultural and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be calculated separately during the online check-in.

This place was really nice, clean, and nicely appointed. Great for our family and we loved the outdoor lanai ! It was so cool and huge!
