Located just 6 minutes by bus from Berlin's central station, this beautifully designed apartment offers a perfect mix of comfort, elegance, and practicality. Decorated with luxurious Italian tiles (including Bisazza glass mosaics), real oak furniture, and vintage lamps, it provides a stylish yet homely atmosphere. Additional features include free parking, high-speed WiFi, international TV channels, and baby-friendly amenities (cot and high chair available upon request). All essentials, such as sheets, towels, and blankets, are included in the price.

This spacious apartment includes three bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room, providing flexibility and comfort for up to 8 guests:
- **Beds:** Each room features either a solid oak double bed (160x200 cm) or a high-quality sofa bed from the German brand Bali, known for its exceptional comfort.
- **Sofa Beds:** The sofa beds are so comfortable they rival regular beds. They're easy to convert, allowing you to store sheets and blankets inside, and take only seconds to open or close. The second sofa bed (for the 7th and 8th guests) is located in the kitchen/living room.
Each room, including the kitchen/living room, is entirely independent, with direct access to the bathrooms and the street, ensuring privacy for all guests.

We had a comfortable stay with our family. Our host was friendly and responsive to our requests. He very quickly provided us with a new cot when he found out the available cot was broken. The location was nearby to buses which connected to the underground.

Had everything we needed, close to Berlin's excellent public transport for exploring the city, history and culture. It's very convenient for local supermarkets within 10 minute walk (whole walls of bread and breakfast bakery choices). Very convenient for local restaurants too, picked up keys at the pizza restaurant on the corner and had a great meal there first night. Loved the Delphin fish restaurant too: don't just rely on the menu, check what's on the counter and the staff are very helpful.

Schöne Ferienwohnung .Groß und geräumig.
Waren wegen einer Hochzeit in Berlin. Daher ideal ausgestattet mit 2 Bädern. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und hatte alles was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub. Nur die Parksituation sollte besser beschrieben werden. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
